So I researched your website, and although it does appear that you might be vegan from your about story, because you talk about caring about the community, but upon further research, and then calling you, I was told that you are not fully vegan and that you do not even have a vegan option available. On many occasions I have gone out of my way off the interstate to stop at a restaurant because of the vegan reviews on yelp. So I want my fellow vegans to know that you are not fully vegan and do not even have an option.

A little birthday breakfast this morning. I absolutely love this little spot. I consider it urban-intimate (yep my own description). It has the urban coffee shop feel but several little intimate type seats so you can quietly chat with friends. Nice selection of menu items from coffee (of course), breakfast sandwiches (waffled ) and omelets (waffled). You can go all sweet, all savory or a great combination of both. Always greeted with a smile and pretty quick service. Weekends are pretty busy but during the week you can find seating and not feel like you need to move to make a place for someone else. 1-2 tables can accommodate a larger group of about 6 but mainly 2-4 seats/table. Today's menu choice was the Chicken 'n Berry (I think that's was the name)Waffle with breaded chicken tender(s) and fresh strawberries and blueberries sprinkled with powdered sugar and syrup on the side with House coffee.

Best case food is good but this place has dropped down in the service area, maybe understaffed or the people don't care like they used to. 20 minutes to otder because emoyees kept doing other things.Lowered tating from 3 to 2. This place has really gone downhill. Too many other choices with much better service. 40 minutes and no food. Completely understafged.ofgered refund but so what??? Skip this ace altogether.

I came on my way to work. The parking was in the back which was tricky for me. It was a group meeting so they were getting their orders together. They did engage as soon as I entered. I was hungry and thirsty however just got a drink. Got an iced chai latte. It did t take long to prepare. I spoke with the owner and learned a little about the business. I had a request related to my tea and he actually made me a new one (which he didn't have to do). I did appreciate the concern for getting it right. I would definitely return and support in the future. Parking in back. Staff friendly. Nice owner. Good tea.

I went in a couple days ago and asked for a Caramel Iced Coffee and the lady at the register looked at me like I had 2 heads... what kind of coffee shop doesn't have iced coffee??? The drink they gave me was by far the worst "cold brew" I ever drank... I probably won't ever come back

Just a cozy vibe in here. Customer service is spot on and the coffee is just what I needed. Order something to eat. You can't go wrong with one of the sweets. I have to buy the coffee pods for my husband because it's really the only coffee he likes.

Inside this cozy coffee shop, you'll find a friendly staff, great bites, and unique menu. This is the second time I've visited, and the food has been quick and consistent both times. They blend their beans in house, and make their food fresh. The waffled biscuit sandwiches are delicious. The waffled hot honey chicken biscuit has the best combination of flavors. The house-made chocolate milk was also great! We will be back!
Spacious coffee shop with a rustic atmosphere. They have a small second floor, which I think is a great place to study by yourself. However, I am not a fan of the white chocolate tiramisu latte. I wanted to try a signature latte, but all of them had chocolate except for this one. It was way too sweet for my liking. I also don't recommend eating here, since the food comes in tiny portions.

Not ever a review person but I was so disappointed and was greeted by such unfriendly staff 3 times in a row that it completely ruined just love for me. I loved this place when I visited Tennessee for the first time and kept coming back for their coffee. I was so excited to have my go to coffee place when we moved here that I kept trying to give them a try. Sad to say I think this won’t be a place I will be coming back to anymore. Staff was so short and had no personality. Made us feel stupid when asking questions about food and didn’t try to engage or even pretend to be friendly and nice

I really wanted to like this place more than what I did. Or perhaps my expectations were to high? It's beautifully decorated, ambience is calming and spacious, absolutely family friendly. Drinks: this was best part. They have a really good selections of milk substitutes to accommodate everyone. The flavors have a good selection too. Food: it's was just ok. Not as tasty I had imagine. It was very bland to me. Service: blah. It almost felt like I was a chore to them and when I asked for suggestions it was just a short answer and straight face. Which in my opinion takes away from their amazing way of selecting coffee beans and how they give back to the community and being a small business.

I was going to give the 4 stars because they're a bit overpriced (nearly $20 for a coffee and wrap) but the staff is solar friendly, and the food is good enough that I went with 5. Nice place to stop for some wake-up juice. Great flavored coffee, minus the snobby baristas of some of their competitors.

We happened to find this coffee shop on our way home from a trip to the Caverns. The shop itself had a nice, comfortable atmosphere that made you want to sit in enjoy your coffee for a while. The coffee itself was delicious. We did not get a chance to try the food served there, but they looked really tasty.
