Horrible all around. Sour sweet tea, 5 piece tender meal only has 4 tenders. Missing a side of mashed potatoes. Missing dipping sauces for tenders and nuggets. Missing extra side of gravy. To top it off, the staff were super rude. Don't go here

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I understand they’re underpaid and understaffed and I’m patient. BUT GOSH can you act like normal people?? So disrespectful, they treat you like dogs and they’re giving scraps. I cannot believe this place is still open. NOT WORTH IT. Terrible terrible experience. This place has single-handedly ruined KFC for me.

New System

My order was incorrect so I called the store and the manager was rude. So I called corporate. If you don’t want to be a good manager/employee find another job. Customer service is not for everyone.

Really and truly an awful experience. The staff is rude, slow, they don’t communicate well. I watched them bomb an opportunity to help a customer who they had upset, and then waited over 30 minutes for my order. I was told I couldn’t get any sauces. This is why chik fil a is thriving and ultimately KFC will go out of business.

The chicken here is brought to your table dripping with grease. The mens bathroom is disgusting, broken toilet seats and it smelled like sewage. This place needs a good inspection.
