Waited 25 minutes just for them to say that someone else got my order.

This place is so funny. Honestly, it seems like a requirement to work here is you have to have a bad attitude. Everytime I go inside the workers attitudes are terrible and the manager ( light skinned with ponytail) is the ring leader. I was picking up a DoorDash order and I was the 3rd person waiting. The woman at the counter had 2 Togo orders behind her but she didn't touch them. One of the drivers said my food is behind you and she tells him it's not up. I tell her my persons name for the order and she says it's not ready without looking at the orders behind her. She finishes taking someone's order and the guy points out again my order is behind you and it's been there for 5 minutes. She says I still have to see your phone. The dasher says well if I say it's behind you then it's behind you and he thanks her for giving him attitude lol. She again tells me my order isn't ready. The 2nd dasher waiting asks her very nicely if she can check the other order behind her and lo and behold it was mine.
GM needs to be fired because birds of a feather flock together and it starts at the top. Because she doesn't know good customer service nobody else does either. Whoever is over her needs to reevaluate who they have in the store. I only have these issues from night shift but day shift is cool.

I went there and there was no people in the store eating there was 4 employees and it took them 10 minutes to to get to me ad the lady at the counter acted like i was a bother to server me, then when i got my food i forgot to push my chair in and she rudely said you better push that chair in, not very professional

Manager is rude, and employee's just ignore you no matter how long you stand at the front counter. It took me having to yell to the people in the back to actually receive service, and it STILL wasn't ready even though the mobile app said it was ready an hour earlier. They treat customers like crap and get orders wrong quite frequently. Choose another KFC if you want chicken.
Purchased on the app a bucket deal with extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes & grave and coleslaw and one tender and a sause. The app said it would be ready at 6 but it wasn't and I had to wait an additional 10min. When I was handed the tied up bag I asked if the dipping sauce was in the bag and I was told yes. I assumed because I could see her packing the bag, that knew what was in the bag. When I got home I was incorrect. Along with the missing sauce I had ordered extra crispy and got original recipe, ordered mashed potatoes and grave and only got mashed potatoes. This is not the first time I have had similar issues with this location. Simple things that could have been corrected if some attention had been given. From now on if I go back I'll have to open the bag and double check everything or I'll only order simple things like a sandwich. I like KFC, the flavor is decent but this location while almost never busy when I go in is definitely lacking.

This KFC is awful! The crew is mean and unhelpful. Order was stolen from here twice! The manager gave us attitude because of the matter and refused to refix our order. We will never come back to this KFC again.

Tamara took an order over the phone and was very rude. Said order was ready for pick up whenever. My daughter went to pick up order and they couldn’t find it and wanted to know the order and yelled at my daughter. She was very rude! Don’t recommend that she has any job in customer seevice
This place is weird.. everyone in there had a bad attitude, and the fries were burnt. Definitely won't be back.

I was overcharged and when I called, the store manager said to me, very rudely, bring in your receipt and she hung up on me; no apology, and bad attitude. $17 for 4 pieces of chicken only. I was charged for sides that I didn't get. She blamed the menu and her employee for not knowing how to ring it up. She gave me No Refund. I called corporate office and was given an apology and a $10 coupon. Extremely unprofessional leaders at this KFC on Memorial in Murfreesboro.

Bad service, today January 10, 2025 I just came to eat or they served me the raw chicken. The oil that dried through the chicken was dirty as if they hadn't changed the oil in more than 1 month. The black fries filled with oil

Extremely rude! I ordered 16 meal combos, they told me to wait by the door up front, came out with 2 big bags of food and I told her to hand me one individual bag because it’s heavy but she shoved both bags to me! VERY RUDE! And if you don’t like your then quit! I’m very disappointed after I called to speak with the manager and they don’t even apologize! Never again with this rudeness 👎🏼

Terrible, nasty metal aftertaste on chicken , fries were extremely salty and biscuit too sweet, lemonade was just water and starry was pee yellow , bugs on all tables , they mistreated a customer who didn’t speak English, took 1 hour and got our order wrong and took 15 more to replace it. Tldr DO NOT come here.
