11-19-25 Ordered food for pickup the app said it would be ready in 5 to 15min so I wait to go in then I wait 30 more minutes inside. The older man helped me after they pass by 10 times. I get my food then get home to have wrong items and missing items. I will not go here again a complete waste of time and money. How can people mess up simple orders.

Ordered food for my wife and I. All our food was cold. Everything. Not one piece of chicken, french fry, or bite of mashed potato. Asked for 1 kfc sauce 1 ranch for my chicken and 4 honey packets. Received 2 kfc sauce. 0 ranch and 0 honey sauce. I only come here 1 every few months because I dont feel like dealing with stuff like this. I have an issue with my order everytime I come here. I spend $20 thinking im getting a warm meal and not having to cook and dirty my kitchen. Get home to cold food and have to reheat everything is ridiculous. Waste of money

Horrible all around. Sour sweet tea, 5 piece tender meal only has 4 tenders. Missing a side of mashed potatoes. Missing dipping sauces for tenders and nuggets. Missing extra side of gravy. To top it off, the staff were super rude. Don't go here

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I understand they’re underpaid and understaffed and I’m patient. BUT GOSH can you act like normal people?? So disrespectful, they treat you like dogs and they’re giving scraps. I cannot believe this place is still open. NOT WORTH IT. Terrible terrible experience. This place has single-handedly ruined KFC for me.

My order was incorrect so I called the store and the manager was rude. So I called corporate. If you don’t want to be a good manager/employee find another job. Customer service is not for everyone.

Really and truly an awful experience. The staff is rude, slow, they don’t communicate well. I watched them bomb an opportunity to help a customer who they had upset, and then waited over 30 minutes for my order. I was told I couldn’t get any sauces. This is why chik fil a is thriving and ultimately KFC will go out of business.
