When you order takeout, the complete items NEVER arrive, something is always missing, eating in the store the employees are extremely inefficient, they are unemployed and I was missing a mashed potatoes and the employee cleaned all the tables that were close to me until he reached the last table where I was sitting and the mashed potatoes in his hand, he just looked at me and continued cleaning with my food in his hand,

Absolutely horrible service. They locked the doors so you couldn't enter to pick up your food. Went to the drive thru. Was told order wasn't ready. And that they would bring it out. 40 mins later we drove back to drive thru where they got attitude and tried to argue that they never said they would bring it out. Absolutely horrible. Food has been just sitting getting ice cold

Went to go eat supper and they said the dining room was closed and on their website it says they don't close until 10. This was the second time.

Definitely check your food before leaving. Customer service is trash for leadership. They will try their best to use the worst pieces to make certain menu items. And bragg about customer service can't do anything. P.S. Just avoid this location

Few months ago I stopped by the drive through one night for dinner. I was informed it would be 25 minutes for chicken.

I immediately left, didn't think about it for quite some time. Decided I'd get it tonight. Figured what are the odds, twice in as many trips?

Same. Exact. Thing

It's staggering that the chicken restaurant could ever not have chicken ready? Like literally and definitionally it is your singular purpose.

Just a comical, almost cartoonishly incompetent ran restaurant.

It truly amazes me that people working in the service industry have such poor attitudes. No matter how you approach them. I spend 40 dollars and they only want to give me 4 honey packs for 6 biscuits. Times must be rough because i remember a time where they didn't COUNT sauces at the window and tell me no when asking for a few more. Will I return yes, if the food sits well. But i have nothing good to say about the experience.

Omg! The most rudest, most unorganized location I have been to.. I had to debate about getting the type of chicken I wanted to buy and wait for..even though I had to wait anyway because the speed of service was awful..

In addition the drive thru speaker was “broken” for hours so everyone had to come in. You can imagine how long the lines were on the inside but you would think because the drive thru was closed they would be more efficient, news flash they weren’t! Lordt they desperately need proper management!

Ordered online, my order said it was ready so I headed to the store. When I got there, 5 minutes after my food said it was ready, the lady said it would be another 16 minutes for the chicken. While my sides are sitting out getting cold. When I told her my app said it was ready, she told me they do that not to mess up the orders. She was very rude. I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes, and still no food. I would not recommend this particular KFC. VERY RUDE AND UNORGANIZED!
