Date of Incident: Friday, December 12, 2025Location: Murfreesboro Branch
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding serious misconduct by a female employee at the Murfreesboro branch. The incident occurred on Friday, December 12, 2025, and involved the following:
I received the wrong order.
When I returned to the branch to report the mistake, the staff refused to replace or refund the order.
When I explained that this refusal was unlawful, the employee raised her voice and shouted at me.
I asked her to lower her voice because my children were frightened. She responded that she did not care about me or my children.
When I stated that I would call the police, she said she did not care.
Upon the arrival of the police, the employee lied and falsely claimed that I had taken a turn that was not mine.
I informed the police that the cameras could verify the truth and expose her false statements.
Ultimately, the branch refused to refund or replace the incorrect order.
Summary:The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. She not only refused to resolve the issue but also escalated the situation by shouting, disregarding the presence of children, and providing false information to law enforcement.
Requested Action:I respectfully request that this matter be investigated, appropriate disciplinary action be taken against the employee, and that the branch issue a refund or replacement for the incorrect order.
I placed an online order it was ready by 930. I got inconvenienced at my hotel so I got there at 10:14 and they were closed. Even though it says on Google maps they close at 11pm. Never got my food.

Thinks my second time coming here and having terrible service. I ordered food online to get it quicker. The had the inside locked due to short staffing. I called in to see if I could get my order that was ready at 5:27 and the line was wrapped around the building. I didn’t get through the drive through till 5:48 to get my food. So that means the food had been sitting for about 20 mins if not longer. This is terrible service. This place has to do better.

We try to stop everytime we go to Murfreesboro we get to chicken breast slaw and then we head to Wendy's for a bake potato and after that we head motel it is a great meal.

Rude. Lying and rude I ordered food online as instructed and came through the drive through and immediately was met with attitude and heard them complaining in the background. They told me to go around one more time and I did. When I can back around they claimed they told me 5 minutes and obviously didnt then yelled at me. Trash business.
Update. After 4 days of no refund and them refusing to remake it. We finally got food BUT the damn order was WRONG and missing MULTIPLE items. How is this place still open??? The sandwich look like someone spit on it. And then they say we're banned from ordering from there....fine with us!

Very unfriendly, rude, and poor customer service. Did not get tenders or biscuits that was ordered. Pathetic attitude of staff. Worst kfc we have ever experienced in Tenn or anywhere, will not EVER go back.

Who is the owner? Whoever you are do you even care? Close it down, sell it but for goodness sake do something this is as sad as it gets! Oh and btw I never mentioned the workers because no way it could be their fault!! Probably leaving them with no help! Low wages! you do your clients wrong why wouldn't you do your workers the same?

Nothing like ordering food to pick up and them closing whenever they want I guess. Still had 30-40 minutes before they closed and couldn’t get my order. Like did yall make my food and take it home? Leave it on the counter? What???? Order places at 10:15 and they’re supposed to close at 11. Showed up at 10:40 and place was closed down. lol

Got the worst chicken in the world. Micro size pieces , we were sad dried up crap. And waiting for ever. I think they don't like my kind , it's gotten bad at this location 😕 really bad. I'm gonna start filming, as I no longer can I be doughted by what goes on and what crap I'm given.

They had a malfunction and were unable to take a debit card in the drive through. I had to go inside to get my order.

Went through drive through. Could barely get out what you were saying before you were rushed to order next thing and we were the only person in line. Two of us found black hair in our food. First time there and will never be back.
