Hands-down, this by far the bedt KFC throughout all of Davidson and Rutherford County. The chicken is always fresh and warm, the coleslaw taste like my auntie made it 😋 the food is always on point! The customer is great! It's mostly an all women crew, at least when I go. These ladies are doing their thing at this location.
I have never had to complain about my food or order. The employees to me, are easy to talk to of there is a problem with an order. They are holding this location down!!

This place is absolute trash. The customer service is horrible. They rush you when ordering and get annoyed when looking at the menu. They speak to you like they could care less. The person was handing me my order while literally rolling her eyes and saying “oh my god” very mooted while taking someone else’s. I watched them package my order through the window with no gloves. I have no idea how this place is not close. Corporate should be ashamed of this store.
Spent 70 dollars for a family meal and got soggy ass chicken, the lady working the mic at the drive-through didn't know how the mute button works and keep confusing us with people that already ordered. The soda taste like absolutely hotdog water which probably why they didnt give us staws. Let this place go out of business.
