Wow I was going to eat here but way too expensive. Sheesh.

The absolute worse customer service!!!!!!! No way to get a hold of management to even alert what’s going on!

I do not like this location at all. The other location gives me no problem, but this location can never seem to get my order right. I don’t think anyone would find it nice to spend more than $30 on their food expecting it to be the way it was ordered and it being completely wrong :( I recommend going to the 3230 location

Disappointing. I recommend going to the other location on memorial! 3230 to be exact, it is so much better and the employees aren’t high off their rockers.

jackson is the best employee there is. his service is always 10/10 and making sure everything is locked down and running correctly.

I'd eat there more , it's just not price friendly

Staff is almost as good as the good the food

I eat at this place often and today I'm seriously annoyed by the level of service that I received. I paid $23 for a number 11 and a side of rice. I have no problem with the staff or the quality of food what I'm annoyed by is the fact that they would not separate my rice from my order they made me purchase an entire New order of rice.
It was so annoying that the manager came to the window to clarify as if I didn't understand that I was purchasing a side of rice that I didn't want just so I could get fresh rice that wasn't covered in sauce. They told me it was company policy. That they're not allowed to separate the food from the rice.
The fact that they wouldn't separate the rice for me that there's so many hungry that they made me purchase another side of rice for no reason this is why I will not be returning to any of these restaurants again

Been eating here for years and it’s usually great but today my wife got terrible food poisoning from this location. We will never be eating here again. She got the the hibachi chicken.

The little black haired girl with strabismus who took my order was completely incompetent and rude to my son with cerebral palsy. Will not be coming back

JoJo Express is a hidden gem in Murfreesboro. This was our first time here, but it won't be our last. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the prices are pretty decent by modern standards. The carrots and other veggies were amazing! The teriyaki beef was tender and delicious. I left satisfied and happy (but not broke). 10/10 would eat there again!
