My last 3 or 4 orders were wrong. Very careless.

Food was good. Service was not. You could tell they were mad we were there. They close at 9. We walked in about 815. They locked their doors right after taking our order.

The portion of the rice is a fourth of what it used to be for a 17.00 meal. I also opted carrots for extra rice. The packaging has changed also and the box now has a thin layer of rice. Paid over 30.00 for tiny portions.

Was told I was unable to place order over the phone, however online the prices are 3-4 dollars more per plate than listed on the menu! 19.79 for steak and chicken on any of the apps (some have it for 21.09) however going to pickup the order the menu reads 15.79. If you are going to let the apps gouge the prices at least let people call in and place an order

I have been a long time customer of Koji. But today, I swung buy, and I placed my order in the drive thru and purposely paid cash because I despise those handheld things that ask for a tip. If I want to give one, I will, but not because I'm quilted. However, the young man at the window failed to return with my change and only handed me the food and told me to have a good day. This is theft. If you wanted a tip that bad, you should work an actual waiter job.

I went to order takeout for my father. He doesn’t like certain foods touching. I ordered the steak and shrimp. It comes with broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots. I asked them if they could put the veggies on the side. They said no…. Even thought the meal comes with the veggies. And not getting the veggies didn’t make the price any different! I spent $18.21 and didn’t even get what was supposed to be in that meal. Then when checking out it asked for a tip. I would be glad to tip if they could’ve done a small, simple request… Do better! Take those small steps to satisfy your customers who support you in your community!

For a "fast food" hibachi that's affordable can't beat koji. Their yumyum sauce if great.

We've come to enjoy the items we order, since it's the same thing 3-4 times a month. When other join us they seem to enjoy the food they get. I disappointed that when we request to substitute one vegetable asking for double of the other veggies, it rarely looks like that request is fulfilled.

Most visits our interaction with counter staff is amicable, today was not.

In addition, when I put my arm on top of the half walls, the top cap was covered with a grease.
I would have shared these concerns with you but I can't find a customer service number or email, weird.

Also, your website doesn't allow customers to modify their order by removing carrots, aksing for double broccoli.

Went today after having not gone in awhile. I never have any issues with the kojis by campus but for some reason the one off church street is very inconsistent. I ordered hibachi shrimp today and over half my shrimp was unclean. Meaning they all still had poo tracts intact. It just tells me that the shrimp isn't getting cleaned properly and makes me worried about the rest of the cleanliness. I think I'll stick with the one by campus since I had to throw out half my shrimp :( would not recommend unless you get chicken

These folks seem to think tipping applies to the drive thru. Enough so that when I paid for the meal, they repeatedly directed me to give them a tip as if the transactions wasnt complete. It was pushy. I also had trouble understanding a single word they were saying.
