The white sauce threw me off- i was expecting teriyaki. But it was still great!

Ordered from the Church street location ordered vegetable and shrimp once we received the door dash we were missing our shrimp called the store and was told that they remembered the order an Hunter was rude telling me they didn't have vegetable and shrimp we had order this item through the drive through last week it was a side of shrimp with side vegetable this isn't customers service Hunter needs to be trained on haw to talk to customers when the customer has a compliment we will not be making any orders at the church street locations

On 04/07/2026, I attempted to place an online order for a late-night dinner at 8:25 PM, only to realize there was a cutoff time of 8:10 PM for an online order. I then called at 8:28 PM to place a pickup order. The person who answered told me to come in; which I did.
I arrived at 8:40 PM to find the doors locked (mind you that this place closes at 9:00pm), while several employees were inside standing and sitting behind the counter, looking at their phones. One employee acknowledged me but waved me off; indicating that they were closed.
This experience was frustrating. More importantly, if I were the owner or manager, I would be more concerned that their employees were stealing half an hour of work pay by doing nothing. This gives me the impression that this isn't the first time they have done this.

Went in to order to go, got home order was completely wrong. Called and was told I could come back within 30 days and they would remake the order at no charge. I decided to take the wrong order back and asked for the right order as we would not eat what was given to us. They remade it but refused a refund. Said I had the food. So why put my name on the book to get the correct order within 30 days? By this logic I would have paid for the reorder, so there for I could come back at any point in time. But this is 3 times your staff has messed up my order. Will not be a 4th! I asked for owner info and was refused. No problem I have that info as its public info.

I actually never leave reviews but this place is some overpriced bullshit. 12$ for a small bowl that's 90% rice, maybe 1/10th of a zucchini and a quarter of a chicken breast. Not even factoring in flavor (it was flavorless) this is a ripoff.

Update: Ordered online through GrubHub today hoping that they’d maybe be better. They weren’t. Just give us what we pay for. I don’t have problems with any other location. Just S. Church. Why are you the way you are?

Screw this place! The evening staff is rude and vindictive. Food’s good, but not worth the headache. The customers provide the money with which your employer pays you. Run us off, and suddenly you’re unemployed.

Every time I come in EMMA is so nice and always smiling it really makes my day! She is always happy! Sad to know that she is leaving Emma will be forever missed!!! Up her pay!! She deserves it!!!

We dined in and they were playing music with the most explicit lyrics I have ever heard. Even my 16-yr-old son was embarrassed. Definitely not a family environment.

This location always gets my order wrong
I got drive through so the only thing I really care about is the food and wow I’m sorely disappointed. Have been wanting to try this place for a while but I don’t think I’ll go back. Got the #9 and the steak is so overcooked it’s barely edible. Like well+. For $25 I could have gotten a legit hibachi meal at a restaurant.
