There hasn’t been a time that we’ve been there and someone is actually at the window to hand out the order, we wait for the logest time for the very expesive donuts. Will not be back. Better to get it from the grocery store.

Came in pretty early excited to get some delicious donuts that we can’t get back home. Got a baker’s dozen. The shelves she was picking from looked fresh but when we went in to eat them after our next stop at the gas station, she had picked the smallest ones and they didn’t seem fresh at all. Such a disappointment after my last experience at the store on Maui that gave us donuts right off the line. I guess at this store you have to ask for today’s donuts.

Cashiers are always friendly and helpful! But for the last 3 times we've been there, they didnt have their speciality donuts ready. One of the times, we pre-ordered a mix of the speciality ones and regular but when we got there they made us substitute because they were out of the speciality ones

What's not to like? I've been eating these for over 50 years, and they never disappoint. Service inside is good, tho the drive through is slow at times. Hot glazed and hot chocolate!!

We went in hoping for Kreme filled and they were out of everything but lemon. It took forever to get waited on only to be told the donuts in the display case weren't actually for sale but for display. It was disappointing.

I ordered online for pickup. They were out of an item and edited my order WITHOUT contacting me. The price wasn't the same and it wasn't items I wanted! No one told me. I picked them up and got to my destination with items I didn't want and didn't order!! This chain was closer to my destination, but I will go back to my locally owned, hometown donut shop from now on.
