We went in hoping for Kreme filled and they were out of everything but lemon. It took forever to get waited on only to be told the donuts in the display case weren't actually for sale but for display. It was disappointing.

I ordered online for pickup. They were out of an item and edited my order WITHOUT contacting me. The price wasn't the same and it wasn't items I wanted! No one told me. I picked them up and got to my destination with items I didn't want and didn't order!! This chain was closer to my destination, but I will go back to my locally owned, hometown donut shop from now on.

food is always spectacular, but service is the poorest I’ve ever seen. went there tonight to get the ghostbuster themed donuts and it took the lady 10 minutes to tell us what donuts they had left. we ordered 3 donuts, get to the window and she had one third our order (1 donut). we paid for the one donut and left, after sitting there for a total of 30 minutes.

I had an amazing experience at the Krispy Kreme in Murfreesboro, thanks to Laveen! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I was taken care of. The service was fast and friendly, and she was very knowledgeable about the different donut options. I even got a couple of great recommendations! Laveen’s attention to detail and excellent customer service really made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Decided to stop by this morning, 9/8/2024, around 6:45,am wanted half dozen glazed, half dozen chocolate, was told they were out of glazed, so I got a dozen chocolate, got one out of the box, tasted like, yesterday's fresh, not even warm... Very disappointed. My first time stopping there, been better off, getting them from gas station...☹️
