Best fried chicken I've had!!! Nice light batter with perfect seasoning. Little bit of spice but not too much. Don't forget the honey butter roll, they're amazing!!

Stopped by one morning on the way to Nashville for a hospital visit. Got 2 dozen tenders to pass out to the nurses on our floor. They were a huge hit!! Delicious any time of day

The worst experience I've every had ordering for delivery. My order took over 2 HOURS to arrive. When it finally did, it was completely wrong. Nothing I ordered was delivered. It seems like the just sent whatever they wanted; On top of that, it was ICE COLD!!. I tried to call and they never answered the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!! They don't even deserve 1 star

I really can't say enough positive things about this place. It's like a one stop shop in this place! First of all, Cici is the bomb! She's always eager to please and tries to get you to try something new. They're from Indonesia and a lot of their food has a Thai flare (i.e., stewed chicken, fried noodles, etc.). Their main dish is fried chicken though. They also have other things like fried fish and shrimp, chicken fingers, wing dings, sandwiches, hoagies, pizza, ice cream, slushies and other desserts, etc. If all else fails and I just don't feel like thinking about it, I always get the chicken. No matter the piece preference, you can't go wrong! It's always moist, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. If I feel like being a little more explorative, I go for one of their native dishes. Among my faves are the fried noodles with chicken and veggies (combo fried noodles) or any one of thier stewed chicken dishes over white rice and with veggies. Today, I got the combo fried noodles and a 5 piece jumbo shrimp with their homemade sweet and spicy sauce. They literally pickle some of the veggies in the noodles themselves. Got something you like that's not on display? Just ask Cici. She's got you! I eat here at least a few times a month and I've never had a complaint; I can't get enough of this place. A few pointers before you go though : 1. The best time to go is before 5pm. They're usually pretty quick, but, avoid lunch time. It gets crazy busy in there. 2. Some of their native dishes are not always as clearly advertised as the main dishes so if you don't want a lot, be sure to ask for only a half order. 3. If you don't know what something is... ASK! They also give tastes so that you can sample whatever you're interested in before you buy it!

It was sort of an interesting place. First off, it's run down. The kitchen and seating area was "ok", the bathrooms were disgusting. The tables weren't wiped down. The guy working there seemed neither friendly, or motivated. We had kind of hoped it was a locally run place where the owners worked there and cared about the place, but it was more like a here's how you make chicken, try to make me some money if you can with this recipe kind of place. We tried a few things. The sides were all decent, about the same as Popeyes or KFC. The bone in chicken was ok as well. The chicken tenders were very rubbery, even though they had just come out of the fryer. Also, everything is "cajun" which means spicy. I asked how spicy the things were, and the guy said some people say it's spicy, some people say it's not bad. Not exactly helpful. The chicken tenders and bone in chicken were slightly spicy, but not really enough to bother most people. The shrimp was so spicy I could only eat half of them and figured I'd take the rest home for later. They left your mouth with that you can't taste anything anymore because your mouth is just burning feeling, so I figured I'd save the rest for when my taste buds came back. The only thing worth going back for would be the biscuits. They were honey biscuits, and I'd go there just to buy those, but probably not for anything else.

This is some extremely good chicken to say the least. Would have never imagined that a spot normally seen at gas stations would hit me like this.....12 legs please.

This chicken hits the spot when you want fried chicken, but what I'm really all about is the Indonesian food station that has been added. Wow! The food changes daily and it's freshly prepared and full of comforting flavors and spices. The lady cooking is a solo chef I think, so does take a day or so off, in which case it won't be available. But she is serving food most days for lunch and dinner. Your box comes with rice, 1 entree, and a veg side for around $9 and it's a substantial portion. I've been bringing meals to work, but this is so great I'm likely making it a weekly lunch :) Super friendly crew as well!

Krispy krunchy Chicken has added a new South Asian food station in the restaurant. It has a rotating menu of curries, rice dishes, noodle dishes, meats and specialty appetizers that change daily. Everything is delicious home cooked style. I suggest that you just ask what's good today and go with that suggestion. the little lady that is working there is great and friendly and nice and I will be going back there a lot more often because of this new innovation at Krispy krunchy Chicken well done well done!

I'm not expecting chic-fil-a service here. I went in curious and left satisfied. It reminds me of a bodega honestly, with an additional menu and other items you could buy in a corner store. The chicken I got happened to be fresh and it was great, and the biscuits were flame...I don't even like biscuits so this is impressive. The guy at the register did forget to add cheese and onions to my sandwich and he seemed to struggle with English, but this was the closest to a hero that I've gotten in Pittsburgh and he wasn't intentionally rude so...I'll be back probably when they open today ‍.

It's no for me. The chicken and biscuits taste like they sat all day. The workers are not friendly. I was excited to try this place, but I won't be back

So I waited to come a couple of times before I did a review. So I was OK with everything until today. I've always had the fortune of coming when they are taking everything out of the fryer fresh so my chicken was always good. Sides are just OK... A lot left to be desired as far as I'm concerned. Now the reason I'm deducting stars... I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they had the NERVE to say that it only comes with small sides. And that it would be $4.00 MORE for large sides! Not to mention that my chicken was cooking and they had already put my sides and biscuits in containers and acted like making new biscuits was a problem. I tried to stay calm and asked about the reasoning for the size of the sides and the temp because they were already packaged as well as getting fresh biscuits. I basically got in return a FU attitude. So I decided that I was not satisfied with that and asked for a REFUND. Well the guy at the register acted like he had an attitude because I wouldn't accept that quality. He gave me my money back but told me and my friend "I don't ever want you to come back in here ok" Guess what? NO PROBLEM! I will not be back. And I will be making sure that others (including the company that offers the licensing and franchising) know about my experience.
