This Kroger location is always clean and seems to be better organized than other locations.

The little clinic is an absolute joke. No one answers the phone. It says that the answering machine has not been set up. Finally get ahold of the nurse that saw me before 45 minutes later. She was not the nice lady that she was when I was there before complete rude 180. I was just asking nicely if I could get a refill on my prescription. Not even sure if I’m going to get the medicine I need now. I will not be back. Don’t go here. It’s best to go to another walk in. The pharmacy is always mixed up too. Too many interns and some are extremely rude. They can’t keep track of anything.

Due to a problem with the store’s card reader, neither of my debit cards would work. So I was going to put some stuff back and use a store credit that was on my shopper’s card. Carla, the cashier, was extremely rude and made this experience humiliating for me as if I didn’t have money for my purchase when, in reality, it was their machine. By the end of the horrid experience, she told me “there’s just too much going on, you’ve just caused too much trouble here. I’m not doing anything else.” She said this in front of the manager who did nothing to stop her. I will never set foot back in that store.

It is very disappointing that you let your employees bully each other. My sister in law Kim has worked doing your click list for years and was being bullied non stop by Zay. She reported it to Jonathan the manager but since Jonathan and Zay are dating he didn't do anything about it. My sister in law has intellectual disabilities. How cruel to pick on someone with a disability. Zay do you make fun of people in wheelchairs too??? This will be reported to corporate ?

Never anyone at check out and half the time you have to bag your own groceries even if so one checks you out. This store has gone down hill.

While shopping today 9/11/2021 the manager spoke on the intercom and asked for a moment of silence for the heroes and victims of 9/11. Which I saw everyone that heard what he said stop shopping to pay respects! I couldn’t have been more proud to spend my money. Kroger on Veterans is always top notch! And to the manager God Bless You!

Service improved @ Pharmacy Grocery: since rearranging areas. Pet area continues to be out of inventory. For several weeks now. Starting to go to other stores to find un-stocked cat food.

I placed my order about 5 days before I needed some cupcakes for my daughter to take to school. When the associate asked what time I needed to pick up my order, I specified that I needed them to be ready for pickup at 8am. Well, we showed up and no one was in the bakery. I asked the nearest employee and he directed me to the deli. The deli staff came over, but were unable to find my cupcakes.Turns out, no one had made my order. They scrambled around and got them decorated. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my cupcakes. They looked great, but overall, I am disappointed because my order was not ready when I arrived, and I had to go looking for assistance. I wish someone would have told me that the bakery is not usually staffed at 8am. Kroger is great if you need something for an afternoon or evening event, but picking up a morning order was very frustrating.

The service in this store is excellent but the digital downloads never work for some reason. Mine work fine in Lebanon but not Murfreesboro. I have contacted them twice and they still haven't done anything to take care of it. Always check your receipt closely before you leave the store because their online people don't care about it. Better yet just shop somewhere else. At least at Walmart you don't have to worry about the Fri & Sat coupons working.
