Waited 17 minutes in the drive through line with 2 cars in front of me. When I get to the window after I’ve paid the girl working the window gets a crazy attitude out of nowhere and asks me to pull up. I’ve already waited nearly twenty minutes and I ask her if she knows how much longer it will be. She sneers at me and angrily screams “how am I supposed to know?” Ummm you work here don’t you? I asked for my money back and it took her another 5 minutes to get it. This place has serious problems.

Sent my sister and brother in-law. To pick up hamburgers and chili cheese pups. I'm disabled so I freeze them and it helps me out. When my sister went to the counter. She said the girl had a nasty attitude from the start. She placed the order. The girl said I don't think we got them chili cheese pups. After asking someone she told my sister. We don't have any. My sister called me. I told her get me 12 more burgers. She told the girl. The girl got an attitude and said now you want more burgers. She turned and said now this lady wants more. My sister told me the girl was extremely rude and nasty. If she wasn't getting it for me she would have walked out. Before she even placed the order. She thinks she was texting when she came in. I know its not what you want customers to experience. I've seen that in every bad review. How about this instead of making excuses. You get some one that can run a business.

Tried to go through the drive thru for some cheese Krystal’s. Not surprising I left before even getting to place an order. Why? Because at almost 2 in the afternoon, they had zero food made and it would be 10-15 before they could even take my order. This location just needs to close. More times then not there is some issue preventing this location from taking orders. Systems down, no food, no one responds to the drive thru despite saying hello.

Tried to eat here Thursday, Jan 23 around 5:15pm. Drove up, lights on, "open" sign lit. Doors locked and a young woman sitting at a table inside, on her phone, turns and smirks at me after I knocked on the window. I pointed to the open sign and then the locked door. She just shrugged her shoulders and turned back to her phone. I continued to stand there for a minute as I could see employees working behind the counter and was hoping to get the attention of one of them. When one of them came out from behind the counter, I knocked again. He looked at me, then said something to the female who was sitting there ignoring me. She turned around to face me and laughed, then pulled out her phone to start recording me. I left and she kept her phone pointed towards me the whole time until I pulled away from the parking spot. I had driven about 8 miles out of our way because my 82 year old father, who hadn't had a Krystal in a couple years or more, was having a craving for one. Terrible disrespect. If you aren't open for business, at least have the decency to turn off your "open" sign. No excuse for this. It's one thing to have to close early, it's much worse to be treated with such disrespect. I feel like this is a management problem because clearly neither employee was concerned about getting into trouble.

Rudeness from person taking orders. The inside tables were dirty. There was an employee sitting around not doing anything but playing on her phone. The atmosphere was not pleasant.

The lady on the drive through on 9:30am on this day 02/02/2025 was very rude and very unprofessional I asked I egg and cheese biscuit not bacon and she give me extra bacon and no egg, they need to replace her asap she is no a good fit on this restaurant honestly.

Ordered my food can't complain the food exactly what I expected tasted good but the girl and the drive-thru looks like she was going to kill me with the look on her face she was so not happy but I got what I needed what I wanted food was good not everybody's always going to be in a great mood

I ordered 2 pick5 deals and when the total came up, it seemed high. When I got to the window, I asked the lady what the extra charges were for. She very rudely stated it was because I got a large drink instead of a small. It did not add up since I only ordered 2 pick5’s priced at $6.89 each. I got charged $23.20. She handed me my food and receipt and shut the window. When I looked at my receipt, she charged 4 extra items! When I tried to get her attention, she ignored me so I drove around and tried to go inside but the doors were locked. I called the next morning and asked for a manager, the lady stated she’d be there in an hour. I called back, the manager still wasn’t there. I called back a 3rd time and got the manager, Cara, who was also very rude and couldn’t give me a good callback time stating to call back after lunch. Truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t choose your job and if you don’t like your job or can’t handle customers in a better way, maybe you shouldn’t work a customer facing job. I will be filing a dispute with my card company for a refund since the worker and the manager refused a conversation with me. That whole team needs to go!
