This location needs more structure. I went around 8:45am for breakfast and they were all out of bacon. Breakfast just started so I was confused how they were already out. It gave me the impression they were not prepared the day before. The following Monday I went there for lunch around 1:00pm. I was informed they were all out of Krystals! I asked how long the wait would be. I was told about 10mins. I waited the entire 10mins before leaving the drive thru. I decided to park my car and go inside to wait. Inside they told me it would be around 20mins! I waited and ended up getting my krystals after about 35mins. I ordered 4 Krystals. Thats all. Nothing else! I was highly disappointed because after waiting 35mins, the krystals were all soggy and wet like as if they had been sitting! Not to mention one of the employees did not change their gloves after handling the trash! This is the only location is Murfreesboro. It needs more attention!! The only positive thing I can say is all of the employees are friendly and welcoming.

My Aunt and Uncle were visiting from out of state, went to this location and paid for their order.

They waited 30 minutes as they watched others come and leave with food, possibly online orders. They were never spoken to or served.

When my Aunt insisted on their money back, it took staff over 15 minutes to figure out how to do it. This location is no longer recommended.

The Morning shift and 2nd Shift people are the most Rudest people. The manager obviously does not care about customer service, and behind the counter is disgusting. One of the employees was even laid out on the table. The other two was outside by their car ! The only time that I will stop by is after 11pm when the night lead there. He is always nice And professional , The wait time is usually longer but most the time he’s by himself running it

I was in town for a doctors appointment so I decided to get lunch here on my way home. I was not impressed. Burgers had way too much mustard on them. I eat at the one in Cookeville regularly and have never had this issue. Seems someone just made them in a hurry or something. I ended up throwing them away. I ate 1 out of 6 because it was like biscuits and gravy, except with bread and mustard. lol. Seems like a good analogy.

It 20 minutes for our food. The window seals were dirty and the chair was dirty. Fly crap in the window seals to. Floors was nasty. Someone brought their child to work and was running around.

We went there at 11:50 pm tonight and the man who I think was the manager told us he only had 6 burgers and that it would take 15 min to make more .well we ordered the 6 plus two spicy chicks and we waited about 15 min for our food..such a shame the manager didn't seem to care about the customer
service he was unkept looking like a slob bad for the store image I'd say we won't be coming back there the one in Shelbyville is so much better and they care about customer service . Oh and the 6
burgers were cold .....I will not recommend your restaurant..it's a shame

The crystal on Charlotte's bike is never open is supposed to be open 24 hours a da
y, every morning. When I go there at 456, they're never open, but they're always there. They'll say the cast for is not working all week or the computer's down or some excuse that they come up with, because they don't want to open up. Like i said they have a sign saying 24 hours, they should fire them all and get a whole new crew

Their website said they were open 24 hours. The lights were on inside and out. There was at least one person inside the building... They were not open or at least no one would answer the drive thru. Ugh. Remember before covid when everything was open all night? Such is life, I suppose.

Waited 17 minutes in the drive through line with 2 cars in front of me. When I get to the window after I’ve paid the girl working the window gets a crazy attitude out of nowhere and asks me to pull up. I’ve already waited nearly twenty minutes and I ask her if she knows how much longer it will be. She sneers at me and angrily screams “how am I supposed to know?” Ummm you work here don’t you? I asked for my money back and it took her another 5 minutes to get it. This place has serious problems.

Sent my sister and brother in-law. To pick up hamburgers and chili cheese pups. I'm disabled so I freeze them and it helps me out. When my sister went to the counter. She said the girl had a nasty attitude from the start. She placed the order. The girl said I don't think we got them chili cheese pups. After asking someone she told my sister. We don't have any. My sister called me. I told her get me 12 more burgers. She told the girl. The girl got an attitude and said now you want more burgers. She turned and said now this lady wants more. My sister told me the girl was extremely rude and nasty. If she wasn't getting it for me she would have walked out. Before she even placed the order. She thinks she was texting when she came in. I know its not what you want customers to experience. I've seen that in every bad review. How about this instead of making excuses. You get some one that can run a business.
