We have had lunch here about 3 times. The service is fast and friendly. The food is hot and fresh. Portions are large enough that we can share and take some home to snack on later. We will definitely eat here again.

Yesterday was my 49th birthday. I decided to celebrate at La Loma. This was my first time at this restaurant. I had the best day!! My waitress Nancy is awesome!!..She makes a Fabulous frozen Peach Margarita!!..The entire staff joined in on celebrating my birthday day. We sang and laughed together. I wore the sombrero!! I felt like we were all family. It was so nice. The drinks were awesome!! Made by Waitress Nancy!!..The food was so good!! Thanks to the entire staff for making my day more special ♥️?

The food is not prepared well. I ordered a shrimp burrito and when I cut it...the wet shrimp had made it soggy and tortilla just slid around the plate. Was bland. Sadly, I have to say I will not return. The peach margarita was good. That's it.

The service and food were terrible. Waitress was too busy watching her soap opera to give any service Food was not hot and chicken was tough. Don’t waste your time or money.

Servers sit on their tush and watch you eat. They eat too, while they watch. Very weird. You have no chips and they're too busy watching you watch them eat their food to serve you.

BUG ON MY FOOD! Be very careful when ordering from this place!!!Found a cockroach in my tacos, I called them to let them know and get a refund of my food and the server who picked up was super rude and told me I had to bring back the food or she couldn’t give me a refund. She kept saying there was no bugs in the kitchen! I went back to the restaurant and she wanted to make it seem like I PUT IT THERE!! HORRIBLE experience!!!

the food was okay the service was terrible. my friends and i came in and ordered a cheese dip, guacamole, and one chicken fajita nacho meal. when we asked about dessert the lady shrugged and said “i don’t know” and walked away with what she understood. they continued to stare at us throughout our whole meal and when i forgot my to go guacamole she ran after me waving the guacamole and said “you asked for this you need to take it” in a very rude manner. would not come again. save your money and go to las barreles!!!

We went to La Loma for dinner. Even though they were not very busy on Thursday evening, the service was slow. The tortilla chips were stale, the beef on my tacos had a strange smell and my son's shrimp tacos were not as ordered. The margaritas were decent. Our server seemed to struggle to understand us. When we went to pay we noticed a service fee was charged to us. I still left a generous tip but we won't be returning! Now I understand why they were not busy!!!

I ordered food for delivery tonight at 6:42. It was delivered by 7:30. The bag was left out front which was OK since they knocked to let us know. Once we opened the bag to check the food we noticed 3 items were missing. I attempted to call 3 (first time within mins of the delivery) times at that time. Being in the restaurant industry I figured they were busy for a Friday night. No problem there. I emailed a list of my missing items as well as a screen shot of my call log. At 9:50 tonight before they closed, I called to speak with a manager to resolve the issue. A credit or a refund would have been ok with me. A women answered and told me the manager had gone home for the night. I ask what their policy was and if I needed to call back tomorrow. At that time the women asked what was missing, asked whether I had brought the food back, whether I was going to bring the food back. After which she told me that there was no food missing. That I would have brought it back if there was. I explained I ordered delivery so that I did not have to leave the house. She proceed to tell me the food was not missing after giving her the list of items (lg queso, tacos and an order of guacamole). I asked her if she was saying I was lying. To which her answer was yes. I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly. So I repeated myself and her reply was the same. I let her know I was not ok with her saying I was lying. She then asked me if I could make it to their restaurant before 10 mins. I explained once again, I ordered delivery to avoid going out. I asked her when her manager would be in tomorrow and she refused to say ju st that it would be tomorrow. So I said I will come tomorrow to resolve this. I asked for her name and she proceed to tell me, "this was not ok",at this point I agreed. I told her it wasnt ok to attack someone trying to fix an issue from their establishment. She told me I was wrong and hung up on me , in the middle of me saying I would just come see the manager tomorrowSo much for giving a new place a try. I will avoid going back purely for customer service issues. I would never even think about being so rude to a customer who was trying to be considerate of them having a busy night.
