The parking lot and restaurant building need a facelift, but the hospitality and good food make up for its initial appearance.Our young lady server was really pleasant, even bringing us an "extra request", promptly and with a smile.The carnitas were plentiful, flavorful and tender. For the steak fajitas quesadilla, the meat was marinated nicely with plenty of veggies and some cheese.I'm not Mexican but I grew up on Mexican food near the border in So CA and have become a little picky. But as I search for good Mexican food in middle TN, this will definitely be my go to place for now.

Asked for a Corona beer and got a long Island ice tea. Didn't like it. Waiter said he'd bring me a Corona but didn't until after I was finished eating and had my food in a to-go-box. Then brings me my bill. Charges me $11 for the long Island ice tea but not for the beer. Needless to say his tip was very little. Food was mediocre at best. Don't think I'll be back.

All I wanted was a quiet relaxing meal at the bar to watch the ball game.I didn't know I was required to interact with patrons. Note this was not from the wonderful staff.
