We used to visit this location quite a bit back when it was La Siesta, but it's our opinion that things have gone downhill since the new owners took over as Fiesta Grill. The service and vibe have always been great, but the last two times we went (dinner and lunch), the food was warm at best when it should have been hot. I just don't feel the same love and passion that used to go into the preparation process as before.
Got a California borito and came in with expectations that it wouldn't be as good as it was is California next to the Mexican border quality. It did not do well It was completely different, ok but was lacking. The chips it came with where great but I wish I got better salsa that had spice to it.
Taco salad was great. Oder to pickup and it was ready on time. Even on a busy Friday night. Ingredients including vegetables were fresh. Staff very nice. Will absolutely return. Thank you.
