I ordered the El Gran Tocino. The guy asked me what do I want on it, I replied whatever comes on that burrito. He continue to point to multiple ingredients, so I had to walk him through how to build the burrito. I told him bacon eggs with the strips of bacon. He rang me up for the bacon Q when I specifically asked for the El Gran Tocino and he told me the up charge was for the bacon strips. When I got home I looked up the burrito and then call the store back to explain I was over charged. I spoke to the kitchen manager and she says because I didn’t get potatoes on it then it was the bacon Q and not the El Gran Tocino. I told her on the picture that the bacon Q has potatoes and the El Gran Tocino did not. She said her book said different. I told her that her book may be incorrect and I asked to speak to the store manager. She called me rude and hung the phone up in my face. Worst customer service ever!!!!

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered ground beef and chicken in my burrito, they sent overcooked steak. The onions and peppers were burnt black. The stench of the burnt onion is now on my clothes! Yuck, I would never order from them again.

I ordered this on DoorDash and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food arrived looking burnt, but it was actually cold. I was so hungry I took a bite anyway and it was gross. Sloppy and cold. First and the last time I eat here

I stop here often for bathroom breaks as I work outside. I always notice some weird stuff here. A staff member peeked at me through the stall crack and demanded to know if I was a man or woman. I called corporate and all that to report her & let her manager know last month and she still works here. She stares me down everytime I walk in. Then today, I noticed one of the food workers used the bathroom and left out without washing her hands. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.

I get food here regularly and everytime I am pleased! They have amazing food and it’s my go to Mexican place…..not only that but it’s very very reasonable. Anyone who doesn’t eat here is missing out

The first time I went into 7-11 And saw the food, I casually asked about it and was met with a, 'Did you not read the sign? We're closed!' However, I've ordered doordash from them several times and it's been the best Mexican food I've had here, especially for the price. And they make the tortillas fresh so unless I get sick this is the spot for me. Their bowl was AMAZING

Should of read the reviews before I ordered from the horrible place first time ordering and I’d never order from here again they were out of stock on what I ordered on doordash and instead of canceling my order they gave me something completely different and up-charged me for a meal I never asked for nor new of the charges till i opened my meal and saw I didn’t get what I wanted the quality of the chips was also trash 10 out of 10 would not recommend??

I asked how much a burrito was the female employee told me as much as a taco. She took a long time to make it and the food looked like it had been sitting there all day. She ends up charging me $2.50 more for an extra scoop of black beans, I asked her why and she said the beans are expensive... Burrito was ok id give it a 5 out of 10 but I feel like she hustled me for the extra money for the beans heck chipotle doesn't even charge for extras.

Violently ill 12 hours after eating here. I’ve been a few times because the food tastes good regardless of the off putting appearance. It seems impossible to catch the food while it looks fresh. The staff is atrocious and I can’t imagine they abide by any food safety measures.

Disgusting never again!

The workers were rude this morning. I stood there for a while and made eye contact with several workers. No one said anything they just all kept walking around. One lady turned her back and started cooking something. I tried to speak up and order 2 tacos but still nothing so I left.

Last time I came here the big bosses were there and it was great, so I was excited to try it again. Pretty disappointed this time. They had 3 options for meat out of the 6 or 7 on the menu, and the ones they had left were old and dried out in the pans, as well as the beans. I guess if you come after lunch rush you get the old leftovers.
