Great venue. Love the concerts
Lackadaisical and Unprofessional management combined with no parking and no clear signage identifying the establishment make for frustrating experience for employees and customers.
It would be nice to know the hours they are open or if they are even still in business.
Drove 4 hours. Was told no outside drinks inside the venue while walking to the gates so we were made to toss them. Waited in line for 3 hours watching the employees eat and drink in front of everyone. Was told we were in the wrong line by probably 6 or the 7 security guards only for us to point to the sign to let them know in fact we were not. From what I hear other guests had to tell them where to post them. Oh also no access to bathrooms outside the gate. No metal detectors. This place was unorganized from the moment we pulled in and saw that one of the bands tour bus was bottomed out and evidently had been that way for hours. Some security was nice some should DEFINITELY not be working with the public. Was at the front of the line and when people would come up and ask questions they were nice enough but as soon as that person walked away the always had some nasty comment about them. This was coming from the women who we in charge of the VIP line not wearing the event jackets. At one point after they cancelled the show they just got everything and left leaving no “security” at the gate whatsoever. Getting parking back was a joke also. Got lucky with ours but there were still a lot of people in line waiting of theirs. Will never be back.
As a concert venue, granted this is based on one experience. It was awful. The venue did not provide the required security per the contract with the bands, so the bands canceled the show. Hop Springs failed well in advance of when the doors were supposed to open, then strung along everyone waiting in line for hours before announcing the show was canceled (nearly 2 hours after doors), and then did not make any social media posts announcing the cancelation for those still on their way to the venue until hours after that (about 4 hours after doors). Some details: Doors were at 5pm, but they kept everyone waiting outside the gate. We were told by gate security that there was a delay due to a sound issue (which we now know was a lie). 6pm rolled around, which was supposed to be showtime, but they hadn't let any of us in yet. Nothing was happening and people started to get understandably pissy. Some people start getting out of line to just wait in their cars at this point. About 6:30pm, with no word to those still waiting in line, the parking lot attendants suddenly started turning inbound cars away from the parking lot. Some people in the line around us theorized that the parking lot was full and the inbound traffic was just being rerouted to an alternate lot. It was dark enough to be believable that maybe the lot filled up. But overall people were getting more and more restless. At about 6:45pm, some random guy walking away from a security guard off to the side of the line yelled "That's it! The show is off!" Chaos ensued with half the line storming off to their cars and the other half, not sure whether or not to believe the random guy, started rushing towards the entry gate to find out if the show was actially canceled, and if so, how they were getting their $15 parking fee and ticket money refunded. At the entry gate, we were told that we would get our parking fee refunded (whether it was cash or credit) as we left the lot and then TicketWeb would refund our tickets. So leaving the lot took quite a while since it was a single lane out with everyone trying to GTFO and in the end it turned out that they could only refund the cash transactions, so everyone was stopping to be told that there was just one more little disappointment since nearly everyone paid with credit, making the whole leaving process much longer. For me it was an hour and a half drive from Nashville (because 24 sucks), then 2 hours waiting in a line for nothing, then waiting to get out of the parking lot for almost an hour. All for something that they likely knew would be a showstopper hours before. Hop Springs didn't even make a cancelation post on their Facebook and IG accounts until hours later... so it would suck for those still inbound believing that Sevendust was going on at 8pm followed by Static-X, but those people may have benefited from a prompt heads up rather than arrive to a shutdown venue. Oh and ironically, if you were stuck in line and had to pee, there was no port-a-potties outside the entry gate, but if you happened to find a nice security guard, they would have told you to go around to the taproom up the hill to use the bathroom there. The ironic part? You could easily just walk straight into the concert venue from there with no one to stop you. It was very tempting. But yeah... Total shitshow. That was my first and last Hop Springs experience.
Inept and unprepared venue. Kept patrons waiting in line for hours before announcing the concert was cancelled. Not organization in getting out of there either. Overall, my first experience there was also my last.
If you a truck driver this is one of the worst places to back up at PLEASE be careful
I've been here before for drinks, and the price is a bit high, but the drinks are good with a beautiful view.I then went to play their disc golf course and was incredibly disappointed. The course is missing pins, no real clear direction, and the course is overgrown in many places.Go for drinks and music if it's available, leave your discs in the car.
Awesome place to get great brews and listen to great music.
The place is almost halfway to Woodbury and none of their beer is very good, so not worth the drive (or the $5.50-$6 a pint).

Had a great time playing SINGO!!!
Hop Springs is very open, clean, and has many craft beers.
Love the different beers
We went to the Kip Moore socially distanced show and it was amazing! The staff was all super nice and helpful. The beer was cold and the food on-site hot. It was a cold night but so much fun and the setup was really good. Hope they do a bunch more of these next year!
Great environment and family friendly. The food is excellent
