“I recently visited Little Caesar's in this location around 5:15 pm to pick up an order. Upon arrival at the drive-through window, I was informed that my order was still being prepared and was asked to move into a parking space, where they would bring it out to me once ready. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes, I became concerned that my order may have been overlooked. This prompted me to exit my car and walk into the store. Inside, I observed a customer giving the two employees behind the register a hard time. Despite the initial frustration at Little Caesar's, I chose not to intervene in the customer's argument and waited patiently for my order. Eventually, I was greeted by the same person who had attended to me at the drive-through, and I informed them that I was there to pick up my order. Thankfully, when I finally received my order, it was exactly as I had requested. However, my lingering concern about this particular Little Caesar's is their apparent understaffing. It struck me as surprising that a location situated in a metropolitan area would struggle with staffing levels, especially considering the high demand such areas typically experience. This issue may have contributed to the extended wait times and the tense atmosphere I witnessed during my visit. While I was ultimately satisfied with the accuracy of my order, the understaffing at this Little Caesar's location has left me with thinking about returning in the future. I hope that the management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive customer experience for others in the future.“
“These kids are impressive and do their very best to get hundreds of orders out as soon as possible. I’ve seen tens of twenty cars come through while waiting on my pizza. I didn’t mind to wait. The food was going to be amazing and the front desk girl was very patient.“
“I walked in today and ordered a pizza figured it would be a wait cause I didn’t call ahead I was waiting around to be greeted and all the employees were kinda just standing around laughing nobody really acknowledged me. Finally one of the employees seen nobody was helping me and came to greet me she was very polite and apologetic that no one approached me. I ordered a 3 meat pizza Chelsea was the employees name that greeted me she yelled for 3 meat and the employees in the back responded with “NO! Haha” I could tell she was doing all of the work tonight she was the only one moving! I made sure to get her name before I left because she really brightened my mood and was quick polite and very friendly!! Her name is Chelsea !! We need more people like her working!! Give that girl a raise!! IM ONLY WRITING THIS REVIEW SO YALL KNOW THAT GIRL IS RUNNING THAT STORE GO SEE CHELSEA YOU GUYS!!“
“There is another Little Caesars location closer to where I live, but I choose to drive the extra 7 minutes or so to this one because it runs smoother, it's cleaner, and the staff is a lot friendlier. Customer service is PARAMOUNT to me!“
