Horrible service was told it was gonna be a 10 minute wait and waited over 45 minutes absolute garbage maybe hire some real workers not a bunch of children

They take 45 mins every time I pull up. Service is extremely slow. & I understand things happen but it’s every time.

Placed the order online and arrived at pick up time just to wait half an hour next to a guy who's been waiting 45 min. Had to remind the staff multiple times what we ordered. What is happening here?!?! I'd give zero stars if I could completely threw off our night. I'd suggest any other pizza joint in Murfreesboro. Bad bad bad.

Pizza reminds me of 2013

An unparalleled pile of dog crap. Every time I come here I think surely it won't be like the last time, but guess what? It is. Everytime.

If you’re looking to grab a quick hot n ready pizza here then prepare for disappointment, because here hot n ready means 10-15+ min wait. It’s been like that the last 4 visits and I will not be returning for a 5th. The standards have really slipped here the last few years, I didn’t even wait to get to the window on this last trip once I hit the 7 min mark sitting at the drive thru without moving. The only thing hot was my anger and I was ready to go give my money elsewhere.

I ordered two deep dish pepperoni tonight through DoorDash. And the sauce was sour tasting. Almost like it had lemon cleaner in it. Money wasted. So disappointing. The sauce isn't right.

I was served this crazy bread last Sunday night about an hour and a half before closing. It cost five dollars for dough, imitation butter substitute, and always a skimped serving of parmesian cheese and now it is also burnt. Sigh...

No one up front to talk to, no one was wearing gloves when messing with the pizzas. The guy working kept pulling up his pants then messing with people’s pizza…🤮

Every time we have tried to get pizza from here it's a problem. They are supposed to have hot an ready an nothing is ever ready. The works are rude. They tell you ten minutes on food. Then they still haven't put it in the oven.

I don't tip pick-up and I wont tip till I taste food. Now since I didn't tip them on pick up they wont take order over phone. Which works for me. Marco and jets. Get pizza at great prices. I tip them on pick up because the service and quality of food is always great.

Literally, every time I've ordered, they have gotten something wrong. Then when they finally start to get my orders right, they change management. Mind you, I order menu items, nothing special. Then when I call to get my order corrected, I'm treated like I'm a bother or a liar, and they don't fix it. They won't give me an email or phone number for upper management. I'm hung up on constantly. I stay very calm and nice (kill them with kindness) and still treated terribly. The food is excellent, when correct, but it's not worth the headache. I'm not sure how hard a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread can be... This location is around a mile from me. The other, around 5. I'll go the 5 miles.

I have always had excellent service with excellent results. And even if they mess up due to the volume of business they always offer a deal to make up for it.

Stopped in for a quick and cheap lunch. Service was great, staff was friendly, and the pizza was hot and ready.

Was greeted warmly when I entered, ordering also went well but then it all went downhill. I thought my order was simple Crazy Combo and an order of puffs to try. I was the second person there, the first person's order was completed but they had stepped outside. So I waited now there are 4 other customers and myself. The next order up was the last person that had ordered, then the person who's food was finished and added to the warmer asked about her food on her third trip in for them to pull it out of the warmer that it had been sitting in for at least 20 minutes. More pizza orders go out until it is just me and someone that ordered with the app waiting. 40 minutes later I get my food my puffs are not even warm anymore I would actually say they were cold they had sat so long, my bread sticks seemed a little more fresh but slightly over cooked. I must say if they were understaffed this review would not exist but I saw 4 different people at 1:50pm on a Sunday.
