Little Caesars Pizza

Literally, every time I've ordered, they have gotten something wrong. Then when they finally start to get my orders right, they change management. Mind you, I order menu items, nothing special. Then when I call to get my order corrected, I'm treated like I'm a bother or a liar, and they don't fix it. They won't give me an email or phone number for upper management. I'm hung up on constantly. I stay very calm and nice (kill them with kindness) and still treated terribly. The food is excellent, when correct, but it's not worth the headache. I'm not sure how hard a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread can be... This location is around a mile from me. The other, around 5. I'll go the 5 miles.

I have always had excellent service with excellent results. And even if they mess up due to the volume of business they always offer a deal to make up for it.

Stopped in for a quick and cheap lunch. Service was great, staff was friendly, and the pizza was hot and ready.

Was greeted warmly when I entered, ordering also went well but then it all went downhill. I thought my order was simple Crazy Combo and an order of puffs to try. I was the second person there, the first person's order was completed but they had stepped outside. So I waited now there are 4 other customers and myself. The next order up was the last person that had ordered, then the person who's food was finished and added to the warmer asked about her food on her third trip in for them to pull it out of the warmer that it had been sitting in for at least 20 minutes. More pizza orders go out until it is just me and someone that ordered with the app waiting. 40 minutes later I get my food my puffs are not even warm anymore I would actually say they were cold they had sat so long, my bread sticks seemed a little more fresh but slightly over cooked. I must say if they were understaffed this review would not exist but I saw 4 different people at 1:50pm on a Sunday.

I'm done ordering from this place. I work from home and ordered deliver for lunch. They use to seal the box to keep from bring tampered with. So thats my first complaint, that they no longer do this. 2nd my order is half wrong. I ordered pretzel crust pepperoni and a pretzel crust cheese. I got 2 pepperoni. I call the store to let them know they messed up. He tells me bring them in ill remake them. I cant im working which is why I ORDERED DELIVERY. Well you ain't gonna be eating it so bring it when your off work and ill replace it. How does the fact that I ordered this for lunch escape you? Which means if I dont eat it ill not have lunch and also i dont want to go all the way to town after work. Which is why I HAVE IT DELIVERED. The last order was worse. The pizza looked to have been dropped I. The floor board of the delivery car and scraped back Into the box, hence the seal would have come in handy for this reason then as well. Long process of getting a refund which still left the fact that I had ordered and was left with no food because they couldnt remake. Which would have been fine if the refund was instant. Time before that driver dropped part of my order on my side walk. Again had the process of refund and half of the food. I give up.

The last couple of times I waited in the drive thru for a pizza, only to be told they don’t have any. You are better off ordering ahead somewhere else.

Awful place to get your pizza. Its price isn’t comparable if you use deals at other places. Had my son stop there because it was convenient but they screwed up the order and had kept changing what they said they were charging him and he waited over an hour for a correct order for 2 pizzas. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here. Not worth it. And when you try to call you just get oh we have new employees after an employee pretended to be a manager before you get the real manager on the phone who is useless. Good luck.

I usually don’t take time out to leave a review, but this hands down the worst location in Murfreesboro.

I called in an order a regular pep. With extra sauce. What I got was extra pep barley any sauce and a burnt pizza🤢 I won’t be back. Service while on the phone not it at all. Idk why everyone is so rude now days.

This is the Little Caesars closest to my home so we come here I wouldn't say frequently but this is the one we go to when we're going. They often do not have the item that we want even though it's supposed to be hot and ready. But it's tonight I was told there was nothing ready. And there was no one in the line or in the lobby. Just the young workers hanging out. How many other customers were turned away. They really need to get new management! Someone needs to manage the staff.

Was doing an order on DoorDash and noticed the worker preparing the food was touching the pizza without gloves on. I asked her politely if she could put on gloves when preparing food for a customer and she replied to me with, “ We don’t have any.” “ I can talk to my manager about it but we don’t have any gloves.”

Absolutely terrible. Got home with my pizza and it was not even done. The dough was still raw in the middle. When I called back I was told they couldn't find my order in the system. I told the lady(lady my ass) I have the receipt in my hand and the whole pizza minus one bite. After arguing with me and asking 20 questions like it was my fault, she said if I brought it back with the receipt they would make me another one while I waited another 30 minutes. I told her what she could do with her pizza.NEVER AGAIN!

Went here 35 minutes before they closed and they refused to make anything new. Just hand out pre-made food.
