I arrived at almost closing time and was not treated like a burden! The associate that waited on me was extremely helpful. Answered my question and the team there got me through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes!!! Food was good and hot! Soda was ice cold!

Extremely disrespectful I came in from a different location because I was across down was gonna get a pizza and asked if could use my discount I work at one at a different location and the manager was bitching in the back saying idc who I am like I was only tryna get a pizza

The gentleman working the drive through window tonight, Saturday, March 1st, made our experience at this location so much better than the norm. He has excellent customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if it helps, he was around 5’6, Caucasian, and wearing the LED hat that advertised the new puffs. In the past, customer service here was lacking big time, it didn’t really matter to us. We were only there to pick up pizza. However, it was a nice change to have someone at the window who was cheerful and cares about customer interaction. Management needs to make sure they keep this guy on. He is definitely going to make one time customers into long term customers.

Yeah they sold me the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. This is the worst little Caesar’s location I’ve been to and I’ve been to several across different cities and states. Everyone working there looks like a tweaker.

Ordered online. Pizza was "in the oven" for 30 minutes before I walked in to enquire if it was ready, stacked at the end of the oven, or on fire. It was in the warmer waiting for me.

Come on managers!!! Get your people in order. It's Friday night so expect the traffic. I walked into chaos!! People yelling at each other, no one in charge, whole conversations going on in the back while nothing is getting done. People cooking with there hands, no hair nets, just simply nasty.

Ordered 5 pizzas ahead, got told it was ready. Got there, tried to only hand me 2 of 5 pizzas. Then, I had to wait for the last one. Parked out front. Waited 20 minutes, and she brought out 1 pizza. I explained that I had 5 pizzas and repeated which pizzas I ordered. Waited 10 more minutes. Got home, and 3 of the pizzas were wrong!

There is another Little Caesars location closer to where I live, but I choose to drive the extra 7 minutes or so to this one because it runs smoother, it's cleaner, and the staff is a lot friendlier. Customer service is PARAMOUNT to me!
