Can't give 5 stars to being seated in a booth that felt like a fridge. I'd give 10 to the server who found a room temperature table for me, although it meant he did not get credit for the meal I'd already ordered. Thank you Chuck for putting me first. Food was great as was my new server Jill.

I had a disappointing experience at this steakhouse. I had to return my steak two times. The first time, it was cold. The second time, it was it undercooked. After waiting over 45 minutes I lost my appetite. Overall, a very frustrating meal. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. They will be losing a lot of business. I don’t recommend!

Got the 12oz ribeye, way to spicy. Also very tuff. The knives they give you would not cut the meat. Luckily I carry a sharp pocket knife. I had to use it. Next time I'm in the mood for a steak,, roadhouse isn't that far away.
One more thing,, what's with the romaine lettuce? Did the entire country run out of iceberg lettuce? If I wanted 'yard weed' salad I could pick it fresh from my front lawn. For the money they charge one would think you'd get a good salad.... not at long horn you wont.

Don't go on a weekend, At 5pm there was a 45 minute wait. Food was good but very disappointing that only lobster tail offered is only 4 oz. Really??? Literally maybe 4 bites of food for $15. as an add on to entree
Was a little tough, overcooked!

Everything was too heavily seasoned; chicken, steak and even the broccoli!

We met up with friends the other night and I ordered the ribeye because everyone knows this cut usually melts in your mouth. Well disappointed to say that I was wrong!😬
Everything’s else was awesome, but my ribeye was tough, even though I had it cooked at medium…. Just have to be honest!

This is my favorite restaurant and unfortunately today I came to spend my birthday... and the waitress who is serving me is being very rude and is giving bad service... how sad to make the decision to spend my birthday here because I love the food and the waitress He treated me badly… it's not fair but that's life. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone

we frequent Longhornes Steakhouse once a week. It is our time to unwind usually at lunch. The food is always delicious and consistent. Many times we get Sean as our server and he goes out of his way to give excellent service and is extremely friendly, personable, and fun. Thank you Sean for making Longhornes hour “go to“ Restaurant.

We have went to this location since it opened and normally find the food great, but today we go in and I ordered the ribeye and it was spoiled. I politely and quietly told our server (she was wonderful) and she immediately apologized and stated that they thought they had gotten rid of all the bad meat that was due to a shipping issue and spoiled. When she asked about another steak I told her I didn’t want another ribeye so she suggested the bone in and I told if they were going to replace it, make it to go. I had to go to the restroom to regain my composure after eating a bite of soured meat, the manager shows up while I’m gone and apologizes to my husband (his food had no issues) but never comes back to say anything to me, the one with a spoiled steak. When they bring the ticket all they did was remove the spoiled steak and replace it with a bone in ribeye that I carried home. I expected to pay for everything that was eaten but you would have thought they would have replaced mine with no charge or heck even thrown in a dessert, but nothing. So after being served tainted meat and praying I don’t get sick, we will steer clear of the Murfreesboro Longhorns. Good Luck. Oh I do apologize after looking at my receipt they knocked off $8.61 from my $100 ticket…🤣🤣🤣…so if you get tainted meat they’ll waive a few bucks.
This is definitely an older Longhorn and not as modernized as most of them. The atmosphere and service were good. The bread, salads, vegetables and potatos were awesome as always. The steak however, wasn't quite as good as most Longhorns we've ever visited. Still a good meal overall, and wasn't the usual huge wait to get into this location.
