I got the parmigian chicken with a caesar salad and mac and cheese. The chicken tasted good apart from being saltier than expected (probably a fluke since some bites were extremely salty and others weren’t). The mac-and-cheese was very good but I felt nauseous after eating it (though I would eat it again because it taste very good). The salad was probably the best part of the meal which sounds strange but I really like salads in general and this one was really good. I had some extra fries from a friends plate and they were ok. Staff was very attentive and always filled drinks and brought extra sauce, to go boxes, etc. very quickly despite it being busy. I feel inclined not to go back unless it were for the salad. I think Mission barbecue has equally good mac-and-cheese and Demos has better parmigian chicken plus free bread which is great.

Would not recommend, manager doesn’t know what he’s doing, doesn’t want to deal with issues just hide from him. Food was below average plates came out not neat and rushed.

Applied online. Called the store to speak to the manager and let them know I applied. After a few days, I didn’t hear anything back so I decided to go in person and introduce myself. The manager walks out, I put my hand out to take shake hers and introduce myself. Doesn’t shake my hand, doesn’t ask my name. All that is said is “can I help you” with no smile. I said yes ma’am, I applied online but just wanted to come in person and introduce myself to you guys and see about the application. She just looks at me crazy and said “we’ll see it when we see it, thank you” and walks away. Needless to say, if you want a job there don’t even try. Manager was rude, they said they need people but don’t care. My brother works at the one in Brentwood and loves it, which is why I gave it a try.

Can't give 5 stars to being seated in a booth that felt like a fridge. I'd give 10 to the server who found a room temperature table for me, although it meant he did not get credit for the meal I'd already ordered. Thank you Chuck for putting me first. Food was great as was my new server Jill.

I had a disappointing experience at this steakhouse. I had to return my steak two times. The first time, it was cold. The second time, it was it undercooked. After waiting over 45 minutes I lost my appetite. Overall, a very frustrating meal. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. They will be losing a lot of business. I don’t recommend!

Got the 12oz ribeye, way to spicy. Also very tuff. The knives they give you would not cut the meat. Luckily I carry a sharp pocket knife. I had to use it. Next time I'm in the mood for a steak,, roadhouse isn't that far away.
One more thing,, what's with the romaine lettuce? Did the entire country run out of iceberg lettuce? If I wanted 'yard weed' salad I could pick it fresh from my front lawn. For the money they charge one would think you'd get a good salad.... not at long horn you wont.
