Lady running the counter must be competing in the 2024 worst customer service World Series. came in to ask for the time on an online order because it didn’t say online and she said in a tone that we were far beneath her “well they aren’t ready yet, because it takes time to cook pizzas.” As she scoffed at me, then said they’ll be ready in 20 minutes and rolled her eyes. Won’t be back, this pizza isn’t good enough to be worth treating your customers like that.

"Authentic New York Pizza" many say it, few deliver it. I was impressed. Being from Chicago, I'm hard to impress. Take it from a fat man, Luca's pizza is great.Pizza was excellent, the cannoli was fresh and delicious. The owners Son Christian is very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff are very eager to serve. I will definitely be back.
I've been ordering from Luca's fairly often. Today was a huge miss both in the food and service. I had to bring a delivered pie back because the dough was raw. The pizza probably needed another 5-7 minutes it was so raw. All the toppings were also undercooked of course.When I brought the pie back for a replacement the employee says "Here's one cooked hopefully how you like it." Sort of placing the blame for a new pizza on me since I was picky and didn't want to eat undercooked raw dough...I won't be ordering from Luca's again. For those that do, order your pizza well done.

One of our newer favorite places. My husband is a Sicilian chef from Chicago, so the bar is set high.We've had pizza, none of their specialty ones, but it's always delicious. Their sauce is on point, and all the toppings are freshI've had the Sicilian meatballs several times, a favorite. Only had an issue with the temperature one time, no big deal. We also enjoy their meatball sandwiches. Looking forward to trying their lasagna next, that's the true mark.You've gained loyal, weekly customers!

This place makes homemade delicious Italian subs, pizza, and dishes. Went to eat with the family. Wouldn't recommend eating there as a sit down place unless you are by yourself. It is mostly a take out or delivery plan. They stay busy. The food is fresh. The people there are friendly and extremely courteous.
