Took family and friends here for bowling food and games 10/22/25. The hostess and server team had no interest in being there and seemed bothered just to take our order! Rude service,’eye rolls for no reason , no plates or napkins so we had to go ask for anything we needed. Then charged us for soda refills over billing us.
We asked a manger about refills and were told they are free. An older manger came out and then refunded us but saw it was not even for all refills! I decided to give him some feedback on the rude service and instead of apologizing he just made excuses for them having a problem with an earlier group they had to deal with…..
So I guess all of us kind paying customers are supposed to pay for someone else’s problems….
We dropped over $200 in an hour for something our family only gets to do once in a while and that’s ok with them…. And the pizza was terrible and made a few of us sick after we left…
It was such a fun place but not sure about giving it another chance after tonight…

I can't rate the food because we didn't stay to order any. We went here for lunch and then to play in the arcade with our kids. We waited 20 minutes after we were sat and still no one even came and acknowledged us. We saw workers on their phones and the one waitress looked like she was going to come to us but then kept walking away to another table. We got there shortly after they opened so it was not busy at all. The host was very understanding and apologetic but that's the only staff encounter that we had.

We were seated by the host and waited over 20 minutes, but no one ever came to our table. Two other groups were served and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Our server looked our way several times but never approached. We finally left after talking to host and went to Drake’s down the street, where we were greeted and served immediately.

Kia was a pleasure tonight. This is my first time here and we had fun. No one rushed us and they were patient. It was a bunch of us.

Kia was the waitress ans she was awesome I me. We had a table dull of people and she was fast, professional and cool. We'll be back.

Incredible!!! I was here on a birthday party package and although it's pretty expensive the experience here is great. Service was incredible (shout out to our waitress: young redhead, don't know her name lol) food was great as well. Bowling, laser tag, and arcade and all great as well. Very fun atmosphere. Recommend!!!! 👌

Fun. Fun. Fun. Plenty of things to do, whether bowling, video games, or just relaxing enjoying an adult beverage while munching on some tasty treats. Definitely a go-to for an enjoyable time!

Christina the bartender was one of the best people. Cuatomer serviice was the best I ever had there. Drinks are amazing as well.

Christina served us and she made us feel like home comfortable to be our self. I had some awesome drinks and some awesome food. Please go to visit her on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays. She is friendly and makes you feel happy.

Our Host Blue seated our group of 11 right away, no waiting! Ebony our server was right there taking the orders and coming back to see if we needed anything, refills or whatever!!! Overall, I am very pleased with the service and atmosphere.

We came in as a large party of 9 around 7pm. We started our night out at bowling then moved to laser tag. Most of the party moved into the bar while other went to play games. Around 9:45 we were given a spill about policy. Someone one in an our party asked if a specific person was getting cutting off or everyone. The bartender became very rude and then stated none of us would be served anymore due to safety. There were 4 in our party who were not drinking and were “dding”. Ended our time there on a very bad note. Were very out going people and were just laughing and joking with the bartender. If you can’t handle that just say that. The bar tender was Christina, who tried to get us to leave 5 star reviews before cutting us all off.
