My mom and I called before we arrived and asked if they had 6 of their strawberry cookies and once we arrived Lily had them already bagged and that encouraged my momma to buy more because of her outstanding customer service. Needless to say we left we 13 cookies we purchased 10 & got 3 free my momma also purchased ice cream because Lily was super helpful and displayed great customer service. Our experience was a 10 out of 10

My experience here today was amazing with
Ramiyah. She was kind patient with me. Got me all the things I needed. I definitely appreciated her customer service a 20 out of 10 for sure. During checkout another cashier took over and my experience didnt end do well. She took my ice cream from Ramiyah and put it on the counter super rude if you ask me and very unpleasant I was placing my card back in my wallet so thats why I had not grabbed it from Ramiyahbut as soon as I saw her do that I chose no tip because I dont reward bad behavior nor do I reward a rude person With no manners. I pray Ramiyah is rewarded gracefully for being kind patient and giving a total customer experience and I hope the other young lady has to was dishes the remaining of the month or watch Ramiyah provide great customer service!!!!

The girls working here are always so rude. We went in today, saw that they had a military discount showed ID for the discount and the girl working the register said “yea” and didn’t apply the discount. We also got charged for the buy 5 get 1 free deal even though we only got 2 cookies. Every time we come here the staff is so rude and it’s sad because we love marble slab.

Went in tonight and met the owner. Not sure how she makes any money with all the free product that I saw her give away. At least a dozen cookies, shakes and cones were giving to a large group of highs schoolers that came in behind us. Hope she is recording it on her lost inventory.

I’m from the UK, & i don’t really rate our Sundaes, but well, i had the Strawberry Sundae here this afternoon and it was truly the best i’ve ever had. Ice cream, cake, perfect sweetness syrup, strawberries & cream… just delicious… every single mouthful. Thank you, i will be back in a few days.

Little slow at times but really enjoy our ice cream. Date night just getting our ice cream. Love being able to mix and add flavor.
