Ordered last week paid online with card tipped $6.00 in cash at the door only to have them later to add $3.11 to my total on my card for tip. In my opinion that’s stealing and very dishonest. So if you order online with card watch your total. I have left feedback on their website twice but no response. It was a $22.79 total before tip. I believe in tipping good but not in them just taking it
I placed an order for a sub, brownies, and two ‘diet Pepsi’ drinks. When I got the food delivered and opened my bags it was two regular Pepsi drinks. So I called and the guy I spoke to was rude and when I told him the issue he said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ And I said ‘I want you to correct this because I ordered Diet Pepsi not regular Pepsi, if I wanted regular Pepsi that’s what I would have ordered.’ He put me on hold, and his manager told him that...read full review
