We love Marcos Pizza but apparently they’re outsourcing their delivery to DoorDash now… twice now it’s taken over 30min after the projected time for our orders to arrive. Not sure we’ll be ordering again, it’s super inconvenient when you have 3 hungry kids to have to wait additional time.

Thomas the manager handled a situation dealing with my order that initially was incorrect, he was sensitive to my circumstances and remade my order with great customer service. I appreciate his response as well as his ability to step in swiftly. So thank you Thomas and staff, I will continue to be a customer knowing your establishment cares that it's customers are well taken care of star 🌟

I order Marco's quite often. I've never had a bad pizza but today from the Nissan Drive location in Smyrna my pizza showed leaving store at 11:10 and didn't arrive until 11:45 and was just Luke warm. So disappointed.

Food great as always. Staff sometimes doesn't focus on you, but more what they're talking about. Even considering that, the food makes up for shortcomings elsewhere. All in all, fine experience. Wonderful even in comparison to the pizza hut on memorial blvd.

Pizza!!!! ? The best pizza ever. The customer service was great. They were kind and helpful considering I had 2 wild kids with me making a mess! The food was fresh, hot and loaded with toppings. Their wings were really good too and I am very picky about wings (not every pizza place has good wings)!

Just in town for one night while we were driving through to FL. The kids and I like Marcos and it was the same quality we knew at home. Special shout-out to Kenny for going above and beyond in the customer service department and taking care of us while looking ridiculously dapper with the mustache.
