I ordered the artichoke/spinach dip. What I expected was a flat ramekin bubbling over with crispy, hot cheese and herbs on top served with crusty focaccia. What I got was a soup cup filled with something akin to frozen spinach that was over inundated with mayo. Someone, please learn how to truly make a dish prior to passing it off as something on your menu. I also had ordered a small eggplant salad, and it came with no eggplant. I had to return that. I was leaving and overheard the host say, "oh she didn't like it?" I looked at her and said no, it was not good at all. Rather than asking me what was wrong or what could be done better, I got an eye roll and basically a "whatever" response. I don't understand how this place has anything over two stars. Additionally, I was looking at the calzone section, and there was not any mention of ricotta in the calzone. Please hire a real chef, revamp the menu, and don't dare call yourselves an Italian restaurant in any way, shape or form.

The food was really good, but unfortunately, my overall dining experience was disappointing. Our server was fantastic—very attentive and kept our drinks filled while we stayed and talked for two hours. However, the manager's behavior was rude and felt discriminatory. She approached us abruptly, asking us to settle the bill, which left a negative impression. If this is a place where guests are expected to pay before dining, it would be helpful to inform customers upfront to avoid such uncomfortable situations.

we've been wanting to try this place, garlic bread and fresh bread were good, downhill from there - the chicken marsala is nothing like what it is supposed to be - the chicken taste like a frozen breaded piece of chicken like a large chicken finger, not lightly floured, and the marsala sauce.... it's similar to the brown gravy you make from one of the packs from the grocery - no marsala flavor at all, the side of fettucine with alfredo sauce - no - very thin milky sauce with little flavor - pretty sure no heavy cream or parmesean or butter went in that alfredo - wish I had seen the post on here about this dish from 2 months ago - our server was great - but, I'd be embarassed to serve that

Joanie provided great service and said she loves working for the Duross's. My daughter Marina was two when we opened this restaurant. I believe that the food is even better than I remember. There are no shortcuts to this level of deliciousness. One suggestion Doug- you could probably raise your prices!
