Love this McAlister's- great people and good food! The staff keep this location very nice and clean. They care about their customers and their employees. I've seen the GM politely take up for her staff when a customer was acting rude. The staff has always been friendly to our family and we've never had issues with food quality.

The McCallister's sandwich was okay, would be better is on a different bread style. The chili was probably the worse I have ever had. It is just a cup of mushy ingredients. Seems like it takes a long time to prepare food when we were the only ones in the place. Atmosphere is rather dull. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.l

Person taking order was not enthusiastic, salad had rotten lettuce and had to be returned, out of crackers and chili, bathrooms dirty and no paper towels. I have always loved McAlisters but this was deplorable!
