I have never ordered food here and after today will never order again. I called my order in and was there to pick it up. There was a young man taking the order of a family of four, that were dining inside. He helped them with their order they went and sat down . He started making their drinks to take to them . I see my order on the counter .The manager, I think comes out to show another employee something on a cash register. Now there is another customer in line . She acknowledges no one.While getting drinks for the one customer together , Someone else comes in , the young man behind the counter askes if the manager has clocked out . She replies " I dont clock out" and goes in the kitchen . Now while this young man is carrying the drinks from the counter , the manager (supposed) asks him from the kitchen to hand her a fork. Now there are three customer at the counter to be waited on , never did she ask or help anyone. I just wanted my carry out order still sitting behind the counter.They young man apologized for the wait .I get home the sandwich is cold . The roast beef tastes old, the cheese on the sandwich is so cold. Not appetizing at all. Money not well spent. Will never go back when I can go to Arbys and get a better tasting French Dip sandwich and Marcos pizza has a much taster Grilled Chicken sandwich at half the price

My $130 lunch order was ready for pick up on time. Staff was very kind and brought it to my car, as requested.However, extremely disappointed in the quality of food. Sandwiches were literally burnt and sparse with the toppings and the avocados in my salad were rotten.Quality control was completely lacking today.Please see pictures for details… and what it should have looked like…I do not plan to order from here again anytime soon. Very disappointed!!!

My girlfriend and I went to McAlister’s off Memorial today 3/10/24 and received the worst sandwiches for any price someone could pay… my sandwich featured no turkey on half the sandwich, and 3-4 tiny shavings on the other half… 2 little chips which weren’t doing anything for the “crunch” of the sandwich because they were drowned in mayo…. Speaking of mayo, there was so much on this sandwich it made the bread soggy and shiny… Not to mention just two sandwiches and two lemonades costed us just shy of $40… we will not ever be returning to this location and we were repeat regulars.
