Food was okay. The atmosphere was off though. No music, staff all seemed robotic, little to no conversation, and just odd.

The staff at the Medical Center Parkway location makes me feel welcome. Today Bella helped me, and was amazing but Steve Parker was the icing on the cake! I go there for a healthy lunch but return because I am made to feel like I Matter, I am welcome, I am appreciated, with amazing customer service, genuine care and incredibly fresh healthy food. I could eat anywhere but I choose Steve and his team over everyone else again and again. His welcoming smile and leadership is what we need more of in this community. I took my family to McAlisters today after the great visit my coworker and I had last week.
My husband had never eaten at your restaurant near Medical Center Parkway and found it to be a great place to eat.
The same manager was working and he and his staff were exceedingly friendly.
Our lunch meal was delicious and we will continue to tell others about this wonderful restaurant and the food.

Went to lunch here on Tuesday 07/29 at 12:40pm! The general manager Steve helped my family with the menu choices and brought our food out to our party. He was so kind and the food was excellent. Thank you Steve!!

Our family was visiting the Murfreesboro area today and we decided to stop at Mc Deli for great food. What I did not expect was the best service we have ever received and a manager who really loved being around people. He made us laugh and joked kindly with my 2 children. We will be back.

My mistake, I originally sent this to the Memorial store. I visited Murfreesboro Medical Center Parkway McAlister’s Deli today and found it to be an extremely pleasant experience since my last visit in May. The front staff were very kind and the general manager was friendly and helpful with answering our questions about the menu.

It’s nice to visit a restaurant that makes you feel comfortable and important.
