Myself and another dasher were trying to pick up orders here and were ignored for ten minutes. I finally stopped someone for help and all she did was complain about being understaffed. Dashers are on the clock for deliveries and I had to unassign this order and lost a ten dollar tip. Dashers bring companies business and we get treated badly sometimes.

They always spill my fries all over the bag or forget something… annoying! Don’t go here at night, the crew is always bad. I ordered a double cheeseburger and somehow I got a single with no cheese. You all tell me how this constantly happens.

My sweet tea was spoiled or something. It tasted like water. It looked like foggy somewhat. and i could not drink it. had to throw out a large sweet tea. food was alright.

Without a doubt the worst service from any McDonald’s ever I realize they weee busy and short handed I get that but at least your employees could act like they care, the young man who took my card was really nice he apologized for the wait and said they are short handed I told him no problem the young man who was working handing food out a whole different story hands me my drinks Inasknforna carrier he shuts the window on me when he handed the food to me he continued his rude ways I asked if the fries were hot he said how am I supposed to know kinda tossed me my food a slams the window in my face and walked away was going to talk to manager right away but I probably would not have been very nice. I will wait until tomorrow to contact them by far worst experience at McDonald’s ever the kid working the window really needs a different career oath
