We asked for a cheese burger with ketchup only. It came with onions. He wouldn't eat it.
Also, we hate the kid me meal toys. Staff were helpful and friendly.

They put a toy in a kids chicken nugget to make it appear that it had food months ago. In December of 2025, one of the cashiers stuck up her middle finger at a customer and child for what appeared to be no reason. I recommend going to another location if you feel the urge to go to MCDs.

Last time we tried to order milkshakes the back cash worker at new salem flipped me
off and my daughter. I know the owners hold your workers to a higher standard because I have worked for them. Apparently she said she is the GM daughter or granddaughter but that’s not ok at all. That doesn’t give her the right to be rude and talk negatively to customers. I would like to speak to someone about this and she should be written up or something should come of this. Other customers saw this interaction and so did my daughter I am not happy. We come here all the time and this was uncalled. This visit was by far the worst experience and we will not be back to this location.
Also the manager didn’t even her come apologize for her actions. It just encouraged her behavior. I am appalled by this staffs behavior. I know it’s not my restaurant to run but that’s not what I want my customers to experience. As customer it really did not set well with me how the manager handle the situation. She was like I have no authority to do anything about her working her or writing me up. I was like you could make her apologize and say her behaviors wrong or send her home for the evening.

Quick trip no issues ordering mobile and using drive thru

Had to use a kiosk to order. Then had to pay at the counter b/c the kiosk said cashless payment want working. Then waited 15 minutes to get our food while all the cars in the drive thru got their food quickly...

The gentleman at the first window, Brenden was incredibly kind and respectful. Unfortunately you don’t see that kind of service these days with fast food. I just wanted to recognize his service.

Worst Experience Ever at McDonald’s
This location should be ashamed of the way it treats customers. I went to buy a Happy Meal for my baby, and not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I asked for the toy for my child, they flat-out refused—even after I offered to pay for it.
The employee who took my order was extremely rude, and things only got worse when I called the store. One of the employees pretended to be the manager and absolutely refused to give me her name—completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. When they finally put the real manager on the phone, she wasn’t any better. Instead of helping, she responded in the most dismissive way, just saying “uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh” as if my complaint meant nothing.
This is unacceptable. The staff here are rude, disrespectful, and clearly not trained in even the basics of customer service. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when all I wanted was something as simple as a Happy Meal for my baby.

The staff here are very sweet. My daughter and I go after school so she can grab a quick bite. Everyone in the drive thru is so great. The food is also very fresh which you don't get everywhere with fast food.

Don’t go anymore. Always takes forever, portions are smaller every time. They’re cutting every mobile deal, and hell you can sit down to eat at a real restaurant for cheaper. Your constant blaring Christian music is obnoxious as hell too

For not giving me syrup for my pancakes, I give you a 1-star rating.
My husband went to this location today around 3:30pm. He bought our son a happy meal and he wanted a cup of water! They told him that needed to pay $2 for the CUP OF WATER!!!! Yes, as a customer, they told my husband he must pay $2 for the cup of water! This behavior is beyond egregious and unacceptable. It’s 94 degrees outside and we are paying customers. I can see this becoming a legal issue soon for this company. When did McDonald’s start charging for a cup of water??? Please delineate.

i order a happy Meal for my daughter the women in the headset is rude the two young women’s or girls in the window the are not nice bc i order some chickens nuggets and instead they put sauce in the box really bad service this is the first time they done this? yall should fix that and be more nice and respectful with you customers.

Our to go order was missing a quarter pounder. The drinks for the order were marked incorrectly. We were traveling so I tried to call from the road, the phone number given for this location is not in service and no other number is posted for it.
