I was just writing to say how much I appreciated the service I received at the restaurant on Tuesday 24, 2026 at 9am in the morning. I came in and wasn’t sure how the app worked for the breakfast special. Well, I just got in when Tory came over to assist me. He provided 10 star service and I really appreciated the way he took time to help me. Now that is real service! This young man’s attitude is exceptional! That got my day off to a GREAT start!

This location is really struggling lately. Not sure what's going on but they send everyone from the drive thru to a spot to wait and no food comes out for anyone for a good 15 minutes at a time. I was asked several times at the window what I had ordered (just a hamburger and fries) before being sent to a waiting spot. Ten minutes later they still try to bring me the wrong food. Maybe stop taking orders if you can't handle the ones you have. It's like they're making sure they get your money and then good luck lol

Astral fries with no salt cooked very lightly not very done.

Used to go weekly since moving to this side of town. Every time I've gotten food here it's slightly warm at best and is cold by the time I get home 5 minutes away. The fries are undercooked 50% of the time and are rarely freshly made.
I now have to go across town if I want good McDonald's

Ordered through the app, got the Grinch meal but found out it was sold out upon arrival. This should have been set in the app to not allow any orders if the item was sold out. Also, the order was missing a side of fries and a sauce for the nuggets. Additionally, the order was incorrect, as several burgers had the wrong toppings on them. Overall, this location seemed overwhelmed and incompetent at dinnertime.

They ran out of grinch socks and the manager stepped in and worked it out it’s prop one of the best McDonald’s I’ve went to in a while you should give them a raise
Been to many McDees all across the US in our travels. This has to be one of the best. Food always hot and the people are sooo accommodating and nice.

It is *never* appropriate for a restaurant employee to be allowed to work a shift when they are physically dirty. The young man at the drive-through window was wearing stained clothing, and his long greasy hair was visibly matted. If you can't be bothered to shower, how can customers trust that proper food safety/cleanliness guidelines are being followed?

They’re about 12 workers and they all hide in the kitchen rarely do you see anybody at the front desk taking orders. As soon as I step up, the worker walks in the back and is helping with the fries yelling at the Frey guy make sure you always have two baskets down. Meanwhile, there’s a line at the counter. Couple people said they’d be with me and after waiting five minutes I just left I had to go.

Went to Murfreesboro need signage to tell people to move up so outher people can order won't be able to go there again almost $3,00 dollars more than Wilson county and other surrounding counties of Nashville TN
