Be ready to wait if going through the drive thru even for a simple order. Every time I've come here they always pull you forward and make you wait. Even though I asked for ketchup there was none in the bag.

I was traveling and didn’t eat while I was here. I purchased a coffee and made a stop at the restroom. Floors throughout the building were dangerously slick and greasy. 2 young girls from the staff were in the restroom speaking poorly of the job and the ownerships lack of willingness to make repairs since they started working there.

I ordered through the app & had to repeat my order number 5 times. After the first 3 times she came on the speaker & asked again if I was using the app. When I explained that yes I was & asked if she needed the order number yet again she laughed & said her headset was turned down. Extremely unprofessional.
