Elderly female employee actually said ‘What does she want now?’ I asked a question about the volume of the McFlurry. One side was missing like it had been scooped out or not filled properly. She told the male employee ‘She has enough in there; she doesn’t need any more’ her words verbatim. If she is going to treat customers like that and speak to them in a demeaning manner, she will chase off business. Management should never allow such flagrant disregard of another person’s feelings ….there are plenty of other establishments that will welcome the patronage.

everytime i come here i get my kids happy meals with apple juice we’ll somehow they ALWAYS forget to give me the apple juice it’s not that hard to hand someone a drink that come with the meal . and today we got them 2 chocolate milks DIDNT get them of course . teach your staff better to hand out ALL and EVERY drink to customers . wasting money on drinks i’m not even getting .

My visit today was quick, but it was pretty good. I went during breakfast rush and waited about 5 minutes for a single hash brown. It was piping hot and good. The place is quite new and is well designed, clean, but the service wasn't noteworthy good or bad.
Ordered online and work across the street from this place. So I go in after it says my order is ready, which is only a big mac meal. Stand inside waiting for 10 minutes until one of them ask if they could help. Told them my order and was told the meat was still pink and had to redo it. OK fine. Stand there another 10 minutes waiting then someone else ask if they could help and told them waiting on big mac meal. The girl goes straight over to the counter picks the bag and drink up and brings it to me. I see in the bag the fries are only half full in the box but was just ready to go. Walk back to my work and start to eat and get cold and soggy fries and the big Mac is luke warm. These people can't even get a simple big mac meal right. Typical shitty McDonald's service. This place wasn't even busy. They just really suck at what they do. DO NOT GO HERE

I ordered a quarter two quarter pounder burgers with cheese, only no sauce and nothing else, instead, I got everything, but what I ordered. I even ordered a fish sandwich, and it looked like somebody sat on it. I also ordered 3 large fries, instead I got a small!!! I don't normally leave a review like this, but it's really disconcerting. When my order can't even be even close to what I ordered. I was charged the full amount obviously but I didn't even have the correct order to begin with.
(I was in the drive though so it's not like I could check the order while driving)

So frustrated with this location. I ordered two things one of which was a burger that I asked for plain. When I got up to the window a male no name tag handed me my food while asking me if I had a burger . I said yes but it’s supposed to be plain he looks inside the bag before telling me yes this is it. I get all the way home and to my surprise the burger was infact not plain , it had everything on it at this point i’m irritated bc I asked before I left was it plain and the guy looked in the bag and then lied to my face . I return the burger talking to another male this time with a woman stand behind talking he tells the kitchen he needs a new burger and someone tells “swear” audibly irritated she has to make another one. I’m appalled at this point bc what looks to be a manager and several other staff members continued to stand around , not apologizing for their mistake. Let’s just say professionalism is not high on there list.
