Worse mcdonald's ever been to Ordered kids 10 piece ckn meals and 2 frappe for us as otw to church was handed a frappe with top barely on it literally landed upside down in my lap all over the food Had to go bk home shower take kids to Popeyes. None of the phone numbers work so im going to have to go back there tomorrow with receipt and ask for refund which ill probably not get Go anywhere but here.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s, come here every Sunday and it’s gone downhill. They seem to be clueless in the back and mess up your orders a lot. This visit is the needle that broke the camels back. My coffee tasted off and when I opened it up it had all kinds of chunks floating in it. I think their creamer is bad. Which is weird i thought they just used dry creamer but I guess not. Then asked for a water instead and got charged $1.10. I’m done, get better staff. You had one nice lady trying to fix everyone else’s mistakes.

The week day staff have this restaurant clean. Usually not very busy in the dining area. Weekends and evenings it looks like a hot mess. Finding a clean table is impossible.

I was picking up a doordash order here on 5-26-25 around lunch time. I stood there for five minutes being ignored and finally pressed the service bell for doordash orders. A rude employee snapped at me twice for pressing the bell for service which is what it is for. I told her there was no need for an attitude and I was reporting this location to doordash and she just smiled and laughed about it. It was clear she didn't care. Soooo disrespectful and rude.

The food is good enough, when you get what you pay for. I ordered breakfast this morning and used my points for a free hash round, only to get home and find that I didn't get it.
I called the store to see if they could return my points, but it just rang and rang and then someone picked up and immediately hung up without so much as a hello. This has happened the last 3 times I have gone there and not received food. I call, it rings and then someone hangs up.
Horrible customer service and management (since they are usually the ones who answer the phone). I can't ever even get someone on the phone to let them know the issue.
