Floor was so slippery you’d think they were trying to make people fall! Like, I don’t leave reviews for anything but the it was so bad I decided to log on and waste my time making a review… seriously it was ridiculous how slippery it was. Food was ok, but the person taking our order couldn’t get our 3 combos right to save their life. Couldn’t get an apple juice with happy meal? Couldn’t get a double cheeseburger combo large? Had to be med? And then I didn’t even get my cup with my combo.. McDonald’s amazes me with lower standards every time I visit. One last thing, GNATS EVERYWHERE. In the eating area and lots on the bathroom counter. For dessert I guess

Past 3 times in a row i have came to this McDonald’s, i got home with my food and realized i was missing 2 sandwiches BOTH TIMES, and no sauce either. So by the time i went back, waited in line forever to get my sandwiches cause the inside is closed and the women by the window just kept ignoring me sitting there at the window, by the time i got home the rest of my food was cold and soggy. Ive worked fast food my entire life and this is just rediculous, 1 or 2 times is understandable people make mistakes, but 3 times in a row? Then to have the audacity to get an attitude with me when im showing you my recipt where i bought them is insane. Not coming back here, since they’re all too high on drugs to read orders.

Had an issue with a mobile order and was asked to speak to the manager. He immediately got it sorted out and had an amazing attitude. Workers here are always pleasant.

What can I say that hasn't been said about McD's food, but the lobby came off as kinda gloomy for 9am, the manager was operating this register, so that was nice to see a FF manager ACTUALLY working, they seemed very nice and were Trans Friendly, the food was hot, fresh, fast and actually accurate!, I was impressed that they bought the food to us instead of just yelling! Maybe the other locations in the 'boro should be training their employees at this location before going to their permanent store!

There are about 4 McDonalds in the close vicininty of me and this is my goto one. The food is good. (Some of the other locations have people with long hair/ or facial hair and dont wear hair nets or coverings... not cool!)

This McDonald’s has the best staff. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working here. I’m come occasionally around lunch and they are very prompt with service, taking customer requests with kindness, and the food has always been correct and fresh. I really appreciate everything they do to go above and beyond.

I was doing a delivery here today and this is by far the best staff I've seen at McDonald's. The morning crew around 9:30-10:30 absolutely rocking southern hospitality kindness and cleanliness ?

This McDonald's has implemented a new policy specifically targeting me and my 57-year-old mother, who has disabilities and with the current heat she needs to stay hydrated which we have told the manager. Despite this, every time we visit, we're told we can only have one cup of ice or ice water, one or the other and nothing more unless we buy something $5 or more and we have been utterly insulted and berated by the workers On first shift.

We're temporarily homeless due to unforeseen hardships, but we've lived in Rutherford County for nearly 20 years and have spent literally thousands at this location. The manager, Sylvia, should be fired or heavily reprimanded by corporate because this is a stain upon McDonald's Corporation 's name. I love McDonald's and I before my current hardships, have constantly went there because I love their food and the customer service I get there used to be excellent comparatively to other restaurants over the years that I have lived in Rutherford county but This treatment is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as McDonald's, and it says a lot about how they treat loyal customers, especially those with health issues. This level of disregard is truly shocking. And disgusting."
