First issue is they were out of the shake I ordered online. Instead of refunding they handed us a cup which is not nearly as expensive. Then you got a guy walking through the store with his phone on speaker talking about very inappropriate sexual stuff. No one wants to hear this while eating. Horrible atmosphere and poor customer service.

Waited 25 minutes at curbside with no service for an iced coffee. Had to go inside to get my order. The drink barely tasted like it had coffee in it.

McDonald’s(this location) charges for water and extra condiments such as syrup for pancakes! They just ran off a customer!!!!

Every floor and table dirty while two employees sit in dining room at the same time, one listening to videos on their phone on full blast volume. Slow service. Sweet tea was watered down.

worse mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. go here on my break every once in awhile and never again. rude employees, make you wait and then get your food and it’s cold everytime. forget absolutely everything if you don’t remind them at the window. got screamed at today because they told me to pull up and wait then told me to move, i yelled back because it’s not my fault they make ppl wait on some cold food. get a new parking lot or better employees for quicker service!

Honestly, this reminded me why I dont eat fast food much anymore.
First guy we talked too after paying was rude, didnt even let us ask for sauces.

I went in to ask the manager for my sauces since the windows guy wouldn't listen.
He tried to make me pay for the sauces when I NEVER received any and WASN'T allowed to ask him since I got SHOOED away.

We ordered something on the mobile app to not have to deal with the rudeness of going around for something else.
He brought that order (the windows guy), said wait what was that SNATCHED the bag out my ladies hand and then took it back let multiple other workers touch on that bag THEN brought it back and wouldn't make me a fresh one after the fries were cold and touched on by multiple people's bare hands.

I would NOT recommend this location, full of incompetence.

I like McDonald’s. I know there’s a certain expectation when you visit one. Go to enough decent ones and it’s quick to see what’s below par. This franchise is one of those. First turn off was the lack of receipt paper at both self-serve kiosks. Second was dirty tables. Third was a messy beverage area. Fourth, my aunt didn’t like the bathroom. Fifth, my burger wasn’t wrapped properly. I made it verbally known the kiosks were out of paper and nothing was done immediately about it. Because they were calling out receipt numbers of receipts that never came out of the kiosks. 🤷🏻‍♂️ A regional manager should look into this franchise.

A terrible staff member with purplish hair, knocked on my mothers car door asking whats our business at curbside as if customers dont sit at curbside to be selective on what we would like to eat! Some great advice for next time, come with the food in your hand before approaching a customers car, makes you look productive when obviously youre not! Thank you sweetheart, I hope to see you soon!
