I asked for one thing, extra salt on the fries. Literally just gave me fries with no salt at all. And took forever for 4 nuggets and a fry.

Waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then I decided that I wasn't going to be waited on, so I left and drove thru the drive thru. Don't go on Saturday morning if you need to get fast service.

They messed up our order in the drive thru. We went in to fix it and it was still wrong. Then they were talking about us behind the counter instead of just communicating to us what to do. And nobody speaks clear English so it was just a mess all the way around. Never again.

Very very pissed off right now. I never blast anyone on here, but to mess up a simple food order in drive-thru, is just obscene. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger, fries and drink. Get home and the sandwich was anything but plain. I have never had to check this location. Has always been right. I know my 9 bucks is a drop in the bucket for ya, but that was the last 9 you'll get from me.

I got there atleast 10 minutes before they close. nobody would answer me when i tried to order, so i went to the window and saw some lady who was working. she saw me pulling up and then she ran in an attempt to get out of work. absolutely absurd.

This establishment is full of crap. I just try to order food through door dashed. They gave my food to dasher that took my order. My order was never received and they could’ve done was remake my order not refunded it. But,I rather have my money back and take some where else.
Can't seem to get specific orders correct even when repeated over and over. Ordered a dry bagel this am and they still put that nasty butter on it. NOONE WANTS UR GARLIC BUTTER it's gross.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting to pay. After paying asked to pull to the side and then waited another ten minutes for two cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. Horrible experience.

After repeating my order twice at the drive-through menu board, my order was still incorrect. I was told they could not hear me and they probably could not because there were birds that were chirping loudly at the menu board. I Repeated my order loudly. I paid for it and when I got to the window, I was charged for an extra drink. I went ahead and accepted it because I paid for it and it was easier than waiting for them to straighten it out. Then when I got home, I was missing the grape jelly and salt pepper i specifically asked for twice. I placed my order Monday, November 11 at 10:25 a.m. The fault lay with the female manager that took my order.
