My granddaughter didn't get what she ordered. Unfortunately, we were already gone and weren't able to return. If so, I know McDonald's would make it right. They normally do.

Waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then I decided that I wasn't going to be waited on, so I left and drove thru the drive thru. Don't go on Saturday morning if you need to get fast service.

After repeating my order twice at the drive-through menu board, my order was still incorrect. I was told they could not hear me and they probably could not because there were birds that were chirping loudly at the menu board. I Repeated my order loudly. I paid for it and when I got to the window, I was charged for an extra drink. I went ahead and accepted it because I paid for it and it was easier than waiting for them to straighten it out. Then when I got home, I was missing...
