Always asked to go to the pick up line when we order through the drive thru. This time, waited 17 minutes on food. Finally went in, not one person in sight. Asked for a manager, she looked dumbfounded and 16 yrs old. No one cares, we will absolutely drive across town before ever going to this location again

How on gods green earth did I order this roughly 45 minutes it just arrived and half of it is raw. The milk shake is milky. The chicken nuggets are cold, and I called the restaurant 6-7 times and they picked up and immediately hung up. Never again. I’ll be speaking to the onsite manager immediately in the morning. 12-1am.

Horrible I know ppl say so good they put there foot in it but why does it look like someone actually put there foot in it. CLOSE THE STORE DOWN YOUR WORKERS SUCK STOP PAYING PPL FOR PROFIT IF THEY CANT FULFILL THE SIMPLE QUALITY!!! Just a money grab at this point goodbye!

This is, hands down, the worst McDonald's location in Rutherford county. They're all owned by the same franchisee so it's pretty confusing why this location consistently gets your order wrong, gives you food that isn't cooked properly and can NEVER make any of the McCafe drinks correctly. This morning I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin. They gave me one with a rock hard muffin. Not a big deal, things happen. I went inside and politely asked them to replace it. They did, and when I got back to my car and unwrapped it I instantly smelled burned bread. I lifted the top and sure enough it was burned. I went back in and again politely asked for them to replace it. The manager on duty (who wasn't wearing a name tag) told me "that's the way they are made". I told her I don't care how it looks, but you can clearly smell how burned the muffin is and how that would impart a terrible burned flavor on it. She responded with "Well that's how it comes out of the toaster." I was about to explain to her how the toaster might not be operating correctly and maybe she should try to address that, but instantly decided that she wasn't even listening and I was wasting my breath and just asked for a refund. I drove to the S Rutherford location and got perfectly made food like that location always does. In my frustration I accidentally ordered the wrong egg McMuffin and they replaced it with the one that I actually wanted without missing a beat. I dunno why I keep going back to this location thinking things will be different. It's been terrible for YEARS. Orders are wrong, service is slow and customer service is non-existent. Avoid like the plague. 🦠

This is a 2nd McDonald's in Murfreesboro that has restroom doors that are electronically locked, and customers have to ask Management to unlock the restroom doors. Since Drive Thru service is a priority, Management is not in any hurry to assist Customers in the Dinning/ Lobby areas.

I ordered my food twice online just for each time to be told that someone else got my order and there was nothing they could do. YOU SHOULD BE CHECKING THE DOORDASH APP TO MAKE SURE NO ONE TAKES OTHERS ORDERS! I wasted 2 hours while also trying to contact the store (they won’t answer the store phone) absolutely ridiculous.

The first McDonald's I have ever seen with a night window and locked bathroom doors. The young girl at the window was using very profane language and the manager didn't say a word. It was almost as filthy as that girl's mouth.

I went through the drive thru and asked for extra hot fudge drizzle in my mochas, and paid for it. I received these and noticed they didn’t have extra and said they were suppose to have extra hot fudge drizzle and the girl goes “um they do.” this is def not extra, and less than the normal amount if you ask me 🤣
