I've been a McDonald's manager and never before seen a restaurant with locked bathrooms, let alone one that required a cashier to press a button to let you in, and a button you had to press to get out!

However, The man talking to himself outside the men's room, who followed me into the men's room to explain in detail how he himself cleaned and uncloged the men's toilet - while I was peeing, mind you - made it clear why the locks are there.

However, attentive security bouncers might also be worth the investment.

They charged for sauces but they don’t put them in the bag after being already charged . You have to waste your time going in bc they don’t do how to do a good job ! And the worst the manager tells my daughter well I do not see that as a big deal instead of apologize for the bad service !!!!! Do they get instructed … what kind of a manager make that comment ?????? Awful service ma’am on your store. It was a drive through n my daughter had to get out to get the barbecue sauce ! Yes it was a big problem woman

Customer service there is AWFUL. Came in to place an order at the front counter and literally stood there for 20 minutes and be in mind multiple staff saw me. Eventually had to place order on the man machine. When order got done they gave it to me not saying a single have a good day or enjoy or anything. If you’re not going to have customer service put them in the back cooking or something.

The food was delicious, but the service felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Which takes away from the atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and just go over to Hardee's.

I deliver for Uber. Hands down one of the worst stores for customer service I've been to and I've been delivering Uber before covid. late night has to use a delivery windows for pick up and the employees will act like they neither know or care when delivery drivers are there. when I arrived there were already 4 other delivery drivers waiting in line and guys this is after midnight on a Monday morning there were two cars in the drive through. first guy says he's been there 10 mins and rang the bell multiple times but no one answered. we could all see several employees through the glass doing nothing. I rang the bell another driver knocked on the windows after a. employee walked by it twice. then the manager came out and yelled at us like she was going to fight someone for ringing the bell. yeah I don't care if my acceptance score is affected. no way I'll deliver food from this location again. waste of time.

The nuggets were absolutely delicious. Fries were salted, and it was made hot and fresh. I strongly recommend this McDonald’s, I would come here again.

I put my order in the app and go thur the drive thru and couldn't get nobody to come to the speak to get my code for my order sat there at least 25 min I ended up canceling my order. Then I go to lasscass McDonald's and same thing so I go inside because the app i couldn't get it to work. The lady at the counter told me their lobby was closed i said I need to put in an order togo please so she took my order and I ended up waiting an hour all together to get my order this is so crazy

Broken credit card machine on self service kiosk and improperly trained employees who think you can only order 1 promo at a time. Also someone went thru drive thru and was given a big Mac with no meat.
