Went through the drive thru. They got my order correct 💯! The young person working the window was kind. I needed lots of ketchup and they helped us. The food was good and the fries didn't taste bitter (the oil was changed) one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. This was around midnight. I can't speak for other shifts but the night shift was awesome!

Shipley went there to get three ice cream cones the ice cream was very very soft almost melting of the cone as they handed it to me. They need to turn the temperature down on their ice cream machine.

I placed an order for table service and they did not bring it to me. I had to go up and get it myself after it sat there for 10 minutes. And I've never been to a McDonald's that bathroom doors were locked. And you had to ask for them to unlock them

I was out of line for stepping behind the counter over a small mistake the employees have made and they was right about crossing the safety zone but I never had any intentions to ambush the place or misbehave over a burger and Chicken nuggets. It's not easy being new to a place but I did learn from this place. If you don't trust the way they make your food the first time, you better go with that gut feeling and find a new place to enjoy a hot meal. One of the teenage girls was extremely disgusting with the her vile spirit. I've heard enough from the one's who corrected me for my mistakes but to escalate, who are you to judge ? This could have been any one. As I was saying, I am not a threat to society. I apologized and went on about my day despite them still talking about it.
I visit this location almost daily due to doordashing. The evening and night staff are much more pleasant than day time. The food is decent with the occasional mess up. Pretty good McDonald's over all.

We stopped here real quick for lunch. The service was great, food was okay. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, so maybe it's changed, but my burger patty was thinner than a quarter. I had to pay for condiments and didn't even receive the ones I paid for. Bathrooms were a mess. But the employees were nice, the dining area was clean and the play place was a blast for my kids!

Great place to bring your kids,, there play place is huge,, they play christian music in store so you don't have to worry about what your kiddos hear and some of the staff members are so delightful and seems to enjoy children,
