The workers have no pride what so ever in working hard. Drove 6 hours, we finally stop to get food and everyone had to wait over 30 minutes just to order. Sorry staff, if they can’t handle working midnight at a McDonald’s, they’re not going to make it far in life. Will be calling the district manager about this.

I was trying to get a DoorDash order so I can take it to my customer and I’ve waited 30 mins and they decided to not take anymore orders at the LAST MINUTE they was rude disrespectful and straight up mean they decided to not make anymore DoorDash orders cz they probably couldn’t handle it this is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to PERIOD!!

This is the slowest, most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been too. We've had issues at this location every time and after this last one I'll be encouraging people to stay away from this one. It took 45 minutes to get our food because they messed up the burgers, didn't know what burgers we were supposed to have even when we showed them on the receipt. Everyone was rude, the lady at counter had no idea what she was doing, the guy at the window where we first tried to get our food just threw it out and slammed the window and never said a word. They wouldn't even get the manager after multiple people asking! There was a whole line of people with messed up orders. Just don't go here. Thankfully Murfreesboro has enough locations that this one can hopefully be avoided.
Awful place, I work early morning and go through around 4:30 am and most the time they claim to be closed when I look in the window there's people standing around eating and playing around one more I went through the workers were sitting in the parking lot smoking, the girl came on the speaker and said we are closed I saw her walking across the parking lot putting the headset on just to tell me they were closed even tho all the lights are on! They also have Roches on the floor!
