I have been to this mcdonald’s more than one time and the times i have been there the service is extremely slow. You wait about 5-10 mins in the drive through even if there is no one else in line. The workers lack good customer service and don’t care if you have anywhere to be. One of the times i went i asked for two biscuits and gravy and they told me to wait in one of the parking spots after sitting in the drive thru for 7 minutes already. I went and parked and noticed there were about 4 other people waiting for their food too. I was parked there for about 5 minutes and they finally came with the food but they forgot some stuff so i went inside and found like 3 other people with their orders wrong too. Every time i have been there, they ask me to pull forward or go to a parking spot. I get it with some food items but i know that most of the food there you shouldn’t have to pull forward to get. Last time i was there, i waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes for someone to even get my order down and there was no one in front of me. I order and pay and get to where they give the food and they forgot something so i try to ask for it and the lady doesn’t speak any english so i just go inside to ask for it and i am completely ignored and i was already there for like 20 minutes so i just left.
SCARY WORST McDonald’s experience ever! Went through the drive through and the man working the window (Tishawn) said absolutely nothing when handing over my food, forgot straws, and I needed ketchup. So I waited 2 whole minutes for him to notice me still waiting. When he came back to the window he again said nothing and just gave a rude stare as I asked for straws and ketchup. He rolled his eyes and handed over straws and then proceeded to pull out his cell phone and walk away. I reminded him I still needed ketchup and again he rolled his eyes and angrily handed over some . I explained to him that he should do his job better and he yelled “you should keep driving.” Never in my life would I have imagined an employee especially in the service industry to say such a thing. I went inside to speak to a manager and Tishawn walked right up to me in an intimidating way and tried to claim he was the manger. At this point I was scared shaking. I asked another employee if he was in fact the manager and she shook her head no. I then asked for the real manger and a girl named Natalie apologized on his behalf and gave me the general managers info. The food was ok but honestly if someone like that works there it really makes me question the establishment as a whole. I will be going to the other McDonald’s in Murfreesboro from here on out and plan to contact corporate about this matter.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonalds in Murfreesboro. Keep going back hoping to give the benefit of the doubt, but it’s continuously is the same awful service! Tonight got 4 McChickens 2 regulars for myself and 2 spicy for my husband. Well to our surprise when we got home to eat we found zero mayo on the regular mcchickens. This is a recurring event with this McDonalds and constant thing with also forgetting to add in items we paid for such as our fries we added on. I tried multiple times to call down to the store but there phone is turned off. This McDonald really needs to step up on there crew members and get them to stop half assing everything. Also not even to mention the staff not even acknowledging the customers when they say “thank you” or “have a great day” not even a smirk or nothings it’s quite rude and needs to be fixed!

My husband and I went there to grab breakfast before work, and it was probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. We ordered our food, and had to sit in line over 20 minutes to get our food. We had 4 different people come to the window and ask us what we ordered. So that right that irritated me, because no one knew what was going on. We had a very simple order. By the time we got our food, the drinks were completely wrong . But by this time we are already late for work, and don’t have time to turn around and get them fixed. I wouldn’t waste your time with this McDonald’s.

On 01/07/2025….We got chicken sandwiches and the nuggets / fries with the honey mustard sauce….. after eating we are now sick ( food poisoning )

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin got a ham egg McMuffin how dumb do you have to be how dumb just about every time I go here it’s either wrong or cold nothing else how hard is it at 3 am how hard I don’t get it i don’t care how much you get paid I deserve to get what I ordered and it’s not that hard so how dumb do you have to be

I ordered just fine, they were very patient waiting for me to find my card. Got to window 2 and there was nobody there. Guy finally comes to the window and hands me my frappe without a word, okay no big deal its early in the morning so i get it but, I waited at least 10 minutes assuming it was because my Crispy Chicken was cooking fresh only to hear someone ask another person if I was waiting on my food that has apparently been ready for several minutes. He hands my food out without a word and closes the window so I pull off to park and check my food only to find that I'm missing my oatmeal. I go back around and wait at least another 7 minutes for one oatmeal that should've already been in the bag. I get home and we start eating. My boyfriends bacon was pretty obviously only cooked on one side and my crispy chicken had a raw spot. I got a quarter of the way through it and took a bite on the side of it when i tasted something nasty and just w r o n g. Spit it out and it was pink in some spots. Not so much as a "My bad," after forgetting my food twice basically, I figured I'd just warn people instead of wasting my time going all the way back.

There were employees cussing and joking in the back. Making fun of door dashers and employees for coming and waiting on them to do nothing. Very unprofessional i hope management will fix this problem.

First the service was extremely slow even though it was 3 AM and barely any customers. Secondly they gave a happy meal with no toy! They also didn't give the extra fries. Extremely horrible service at this location.

3rd bad experience in a row from this location I'm done with them. Got my iced coffee wrong after 15 min wait and when I told them they just handed me packets of sugar and said we don't have time to fix your ice coffee with attitude.

Wish I could give them no stars. Came in to pick up a door dash and was completely ignored. Someone came in behind me and had to ask for a manager, he was demanding a refund because his order was wrong. Said he tried to call and the phone number didn’t work, the manager just said “yeah I know.” Then helped him still completely ignoring me so I ask her to check on my door dash order and she said she would but never did. What a joke. How does someone get a manager position by ignoring customers??????
