2180 old fort-Horrible customer service provided by the manager on duty at the Murfreesboro location this evening approximately 8:44pm CT. Her ability to provide excellent customer service was below standards and should not represent a McDonald's chain ever! She repeatedly rushed me with deciding what I came to purchase that I finally stated that I would not order and she replied" sorry for my inconvenience!" It appeared i inconvenienced her time to service me of which I came to purchase from. This definitely left a bad impression of McDonald's. I definitely will not participate at this location ever. Rude person. Maybe a bad night something going wrong in her life or didn't want to work but that should never be the cause of a paying customer to have to endure. Sad... really awful

Food was ready and quick .. wish they would monitor who they have hanging around felt uncomfortable coming inside with men smoking outside the main door . But great food and quick ! 😌
Parking: Location is pretty good as it’s next to a lot of areas to shop at so you can grab a bite to eat afterwards

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair accessible entrance

if you order curbside, they never bring it outside to you. i sat there for almost 30 minutes until i finally went inside and it was just sitting there cold off to the side. Also they don’t have a working phone number. The second time i tried it, basically the same thing happened. very frustrating. Why make curbside an option if you can’t use it?

If you ask for light ice, they will not fill up your drink since, per management "the machine measures the exact amount to include a lot of ice so we can't fill your cup to the top"...I paid the FULL amount, you can't give me a FULL cup??? Make that make sense

We don't go to mcdonalds often but today we used our new app . The manager and staff were amazing helpful and kind. The food was fresh and the place very well kept great experience

Last Sunday, i made an order through the app and they gave me half of the order after 30 minutes, and i wait 40 minutes to take my frappe, i get inside the restaurant to see what’s wrong!, there’s a guy with a big black hair, he talked to me rudely and was about to fight with when i said that i don’t have to wait 40 minutes to take my frappe. This guy is not respectful at all.
