I noticed something was floating in my unsweet tea before i drank from it. I'm not sure if it was from dirty ice or a dirty tea container but very disappointing. I scooped out one of the pieces and it was white and gummy/slimy There were no issues with the food or service only the beverage.

Great job, everyone! I go to McDonald’s regularly, and I love it. The crew is always very nice and polite. The drive-thru keeps moving and is fast, and the place is always clean. Great job to everyone working there — I really appreciate the good service!

My experience during the day has always been fine getting easy stuff to go in the morning when it's open, but it says that it is 24 hrs so going in the early morning like 2 to 4 am wouldn't be a problem right? Wrong, McDonald's near me isn't 24hrs so when you'd want breakfast that early in the morning you'd have to go to Waffle house instead.

Terrible Experience at This McDonald’s Location!
I visited the McDonald’s at 2595 old fort on0327/25, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
First, the food was awful—stale, bad-tasting, and had a strange smell. But what was even worse was how the staff treated my young child.
My son paid for a cup of water, but when he went to get it, the cashier refused to give it to him, acting as if he hadn’t paid. Since he’s just a kid, he didn’t know how to respond. When I stepped in and showed the receipt, only then did the cashier give him the water. But at the same time, he gave another child a free cup of water! Why this discrimination? Just because my son is young?
This is completely unacceptable! The customer service at this location is horrible, and I will never come back. I hope the management trains the staff to be more respectful and fair, especially towards children.
