The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Each time we visit they ask us to pull into a spot and wait. 20 mins for 2 happy meals?! Do better “fast food”

Poor service 👎 I ordered for me and my 2 sons and after I pulled up out of drive thru we checked the bag and noticed they shorted us 2 burgers so I got back in line and when I got to the window I told them and she looked at me like I was dumb and barely could speak English and said I can't help you I said what? She left came back and said do you have a receipt I said I was just here not a few minutes ago! We looked for receipt and there wasn't one in the bag and I told her and she said I can't help you and walked away 👎

Just experienced extremely rude so called manager. Person at drive thru took my mobile code for for $1 any size drink. Got to the window and the cashier was saying it said invalid( it’s not…I’ve used this code a hundred times including yesterday). He got the ‘manager’. This woman comes to the window and said ‘Maam I got no way to fix this because we don’t have $1 drinks ‘. Stank attitude. I have never experienced such rudeness at this McDonald’s before. Her tone was completely unprofessional and I know what she said was BS because they can ring it up with the correct price. McDonald’s needs to better train managers if this is the kinda attitude they here for managers.

So so experience still not a fan of the kiosk The wife and I both had quarter pounders with cheese deluxe way too much mayonnaise very soggy go back to Big Macs lol 😇

Considering l got charged twice and the manager told me to call my bank instead of just issuing me a refund . I ordered using the app and 8 minutes later when l arrived they told me it had been cancelled so l had to pay again. The food was ok but the Mcrib isn't worth the $21 I was charged .
