My daughter ordered on app and showed them the receipt. They said that they did not have the order and could not refund the money or make the food. Again, she showed them the receipt. Beyond terrible. Please just close and let a real restaurant have the space

EXTREMELY rude female employees! They had my order wrong…snatched the food back, and screamed at me asking if I would like it fixed. When I said yes they sent her over the edge. Had the window slammed in my face repeatedly but she was so mad her face turned bright red and honestly looked like she wanted she was about to flip out. I’ve never had high expectations for McDonald’s but the level of aggression in this employee is alarming.

There was a complication with the app and instead of being helpful and doing what they needed to do to take care of the problem they left my daughter crying and hungry and told her to fix the problem herself and reorder. The yelled at her repeatedly and then kept yelling BYE BYE BYE when i told her over the phone that they clearly didn’t want to help and to leave. Disgusting staff and very unprofessional!

This was the cleanest McDonald's we have been to. The customer service was also great. Larry took our order and carried it to the table for me because my hands were full and Jennifer was cleaning the lobby and asked if we needed anything and introduced herself and told us she was available if we needed anything. Our food was hot, fresh, and the order was right. Exceptional teamwork was happening behind the counter. We will be back.

I would like to say that everything went smoothly up until. I saw that my drink was marked as small and originally was medium, as seen in the picture. And so I asked nicely to person in the window about the cup being a small size and she took the cup from me no question asked. Then came this older lady with the person that I told about the cup and came at me with this nasty attitude. There was no need for her to come at me that way because I never was un polite to anyone. I'm pissed off for the fact that I know my place, and I know not to be rude to my elders. I just wish that the owner of this place can get back at me and I will meet with him in person so I can show him/her who this nasty attitude and rude person is so this person knows her place as well not to treat other like she did me. I feel sorry for her co-workers of this lady.

As I continue to give her my order, she yells back at me, ma’am I’m not talking to you. I go to McDonald’s on the average of four times a week. I have never been treated so rudely. I just drove away. It wasn’t my fault. She had an open mic to the person she was taking money from and taking my order at the same time. Customer service is supposed to be.

Management is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I come the bun is hard and the fries have zero salt and taste like they’ve sat there for hours. When these issues are brought up, management yells back at customers. Not to mention the horrible wait times when their isn’t people in the lines to have to wait on. Seems like employees just stand around and do nothing while the drive through employees have to wait on them. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would. Needs new management. Gross establishment as well..

I asked for extra salt on my fries they told me they couldn’t and gave me salt packets and the fries had 0 salt. Very rude staff and unprofessional. They do not have any idea how to provide customer service and can’t provide quality McDonald’s. Taste like I just got it out my fridge.
