Thank you so much for wasting 33 minutes of my life. I appreciate how after waiting 30+ minutes on the rest of my $14 order and requesting a refund, you asked for the food back. That allowed me to go to Wendy’s which took a total of 2 min, the food was hot and delicious, the people were so friendly and nice! Thank you for allowing me to experience another restaurant after your bad experience and completely turn my night around. Live live laugh!

The orders are ALWAYS wrong. It’s wild that a business that charges more for bacon or an extra patty, would consistently fail to fulfill their end of the order. As someone who has also been a delivery driver for this location, i’ve seen on numerous occasions, the workers just standing around gossiping rather than completing the order. I’ve stood at the counter for 10 minutes on several occasions just for one of the girls to stop talking, finally slap a sticker on the bag and hand it to me. This location has problems.

I order two meals and one set of nuggets. We received a sealed bag and when I arrived home I realized that there were not two fries and one drink. Actually added one burger out of my order.

Repeated the order multiple times, the order taker still had it messed up. He mummbled cuss words over the mic towards me. When I asked why something was on the screen that wasn’t ordered. He left off the 6 piece. Get to the first window communicate to that person hey we need a 6 piece they missed. That guy deletes the small fry (WHICH WAS CORRECT) and adds the 6 piece. You all need some better training for your staff.

Been going to this mcdonalds for 25 years! Now I will not, the cheeseburgers are so thin, it's terrible, also got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, it was bland, with shredded lettuce,instead of leaf lettuce, is goes everywhere when eat it, and my experience and price, I will no longer be going to mcdonalds, just terrible now, coffee is great!

This is the best McDonalds in Murfreesboro!! Fries right out of the fryer. Drink station immaculate and Big Mac freshly made!
I travel a lot and decided to stop there for the rest room. Witnessed not one…but TWO people that work there leave the women’s bathroom without using sanitizer or washing their hands. Gross.

The workers were incredibly nice. However the manager was not. I clearly had a code on my phone for a free burrito that was not working through their system. Rather than honoring it anyway, I just lost the points. Sad that they're losing business over poor management. I hope she doesn't treat the workers as poorly as she treats the customers.

Stopped by McDonald’s during morning and had a great experience. Didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the staff were energetic and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was quick, reasonably priced, and perfect for a grab-and-go bite before work.

Tonight I ordered a mcdouble value meal which is supposed to be a small Coke. Small fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a mcdouble. It is supposed to cost $6. Instead, they charge me full price for the mcdouble. Full truck price for a medium fry and full price for medium Coke. And I and I did not get any chicken nuggets. So instead of paying $6 + tax I paid 8.17+tax and did not get one of the items I wanted.
