Do not eat here!!! 2180 Old fort PKY Murfreesboro TN. They are rude, unprofessional and they will give you cold food. McGuire management is a terrible company. Not everyone deserves to Franchise especially if you don’t have a respectable staff! It’s not always about the money!

At this McDonald's I ordered 2 Mc doubles with with extra onions. The dehydrated onions I had about 8 onions on each Burger. Even had on the outside wrapper, saying extra onion. Why is it every time I go to a McDonald's? They can't get any order right?. This McDonald's is on 3371 memorial boulevard in Murfreesboro. Tennessee. And the one on church street over by twenty four is even worse. Seems like they never have anything you want at these stores. Either the employees are inconfident and just can't read. But when someone says extra onion, that is all I want it even if they have to take which they did and one that was prepared already and add onions. That's all they had to do. But no, they can't do that pretty sad. I guess that means this company needs better training .attention to detail. I know it's a cheap meal. Actually, getting more expensive than what they should be.But still

Stay away from the store located at intersection of interstate 65 and bear creek. The address is 1653 Bear creek Pike Columbia, TN 38401. If you expect any service or a friendly face not happening there. We waited for over 15 minutes at the register to order and not one person responded to Mr I was totally ignored by the staff. I dont use the kiosks cause I don't work for Mcguire Management. If this is their new practice I will be happy to go across the street to Burger King.

Went to McDonald's location at 2595 Old Fort Pky my complete order was terrible and I went back the following evening to get my order corrected and the young man was extremely rude and refuse to give me his name ...told me it was none of my business.... terrible customer service and the store was nasty !!! I worked for McDonald's for 12yrs under a wonderful owner Mr.Fred Tillman
