There are lots of sauces on this menu and just about every item can be customized so the possibilities feel endless! You can order ahead online for easy pickup or dine in their trendy, cozy space. Service is always quick either way. Had the turkey burger bowl. Bland tasteless meat served with canned onions and plain rice. No flavor in any of it and drowned in honey mustard. Definitely not worth $13. The bathroom is cool though...

Ventured out to Munch and was happy we did. I had the steak bowl, with jalapeño seared corn relish and cabbage... YUMMY! Added the chipotle ranch dressing and fell in love! I'm hooked on the roasted flavors! My was delighted that they offer breakfast bowls after 11:00. The rosemary potatoes with steak was a HIT!!
Stopped in today for the first time and WOW!! So happy I found this place. Great atmosphere and my food was AMAZING!!!

The food, absolutely delicious!The employees, great!My bank is like 3-4 doors down and have always seen and wondered about this Munch place. Finally stopped in one day and have been hooked! Love their wraps, the southwest chipotle chicken and the turkey cheeseburger wraps are my favs, but everything in there is great and fresh made to order. So glad I finally stopped in.
