If I could give zero stars i would I deliver food and the order was taken before I even got there not the restaurants fault that stuff just happens but what made me upset was i politely asked this woman at the counter if she had seen anyone take the order just so i could make sure it wasn’t still being made in the back. She replied in a rude snarky tone “I don’t know I don’t deal with the delivery sites” she was just acting like I was an inconvenience to her. I will not pick up an order from here again. I’ve never eaten at this restaurant actually I thought about trying it before but now that’s completely off the table. Really bad first impression.

Made two online orders. Came in 5 minutes after our orders were supposed to be ready. They were not. Had to ask multiple times to get one our orders. Salad was wrong and had wilted lettuce. Sandwich was cold. Mac n cheese was burnt. Never got second order. When trying to get help from manager she got extremely rude and condescending with us. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

I have been to this Newks many times it is the one closest and on my side of town. I have always had a hit or miss on food and service. But tonight was the Worst! First I went to order and was excited they brought back curbside pick up. For those who normally can't rally run in and pick up for various reasons is awesome.I finished my order on the app and when I arrived and pulled up to the second door I clicked I was there. Put my name in and completed my check-in. The app told me that they would have my food out in a moment. I sat there and watched the staff clean up the restaurant and walk by my food on the counter many times. 5 minutes pass and my food is still not being brought out. I called the restaurant to be told by someone that they don't do curbside. When I stated that the app said different and allowed me to pick that service and confirm that I was outside. The person stated again they don't do that. I asked can someone please bring my food to me. They stated again they don't do curbside. I hung up walked in and picked up my food which on the receipt plainly states curbside. I decided to ask who just answered the phone. No one spoke up. So when a lady in a red shirt came around the corner I asked if she was the manager. She stated yes and I asked if she answered the phone. She stated no. And one of the two staff cleaning the restaurant spoke up and said she did. As I showed her my ticket and stated - You do do Curbside., The lady in Red stated to her that "oh, we do do curbside again". I said that they needed to get their act together. Fast forward and I get home. My Lobster Bisque soup looked strange and I was right. It is nothing but the grease and bottom of the barrel. There is absolutely nothing about it that is lobster. It is oil/grease and they threw a few chives on top absolutely nothing else in it. My slice of strawberry cake is barely half an inch in width for over 5 dollars a slice. And well I am afraid to open up my salad and start trying to eat it.I don't write reviews unless the service is excellent or absolutely the worst ever and well as you can see from how long this review is this was the worst. I will drive across town the next time I want Newk's or well drive to Panera instead.

We went to Newk's for lunch to use a gift card from Christmas ?. There was plenty of seating. It was relatively quiet so conversation was easy. We used our Newk's app to order. The food came quickly and was fresh. I had the Portobello mushroom sandwich and a small Greek salad. The sandwich is one of my favorites. I wasn't crazy about the salad. The soup was very good. Ironically my sister did not care for her blue cheese salad either. I also get the spicy shrimp pizza which is another of my favorites. The green goddess salad was good. Overall a good place to pick up lunch and spend time with friends and family in a casual dining atmosphere.

Ordered a turkey avocado sandwich. Came with black rotten avocado. Didn't even take a bite... it looked so disgusting. It was my first and last time going to Newk's. Yuck!!

We have eaten at Newks in Murfreesboro at least 25+ times. Always enjoyed the food and the experience. UNTIL TODAY! 2 pm...very poor and slow service at the ordering counter. The place was absolutely filthy. Only two other folks eating, but no tables had been cleaned. Young staff were busy talking, flirting and on phones. No hand towels available in restrooms. Ordered chicken dumpling soup...the soup could not be identified and had not even one dumpling in it. When we asked a staff member to look at our soup compared to the picture Newks posted of their chicken dumpling soup the young lady said "sorry". May have been our last stop at Newks in.The Boro.

I had a little bit of sticker shock... but the food was pretty good.. and you got a cool cup. Little pricey for me, so it'll be a fun souvenir. We spend $34 for 2.

Ordered two 6” subs with a cup of soup. Recieved two 3 1/2” subs and half filled cups of soup for $30. Contacted corporate and got no response. Will not be returning.

Walked in around 2:30 pm for a bite to eat. No one at the front counter and four employees just staring at their phones. When we asked the employees how we go about getting our food they all looked annoyed and did the best they could to accommodate my brother and I. Food was ok. Mac n cheese was burnt but still decent.

Ordered 2 carryout pizzas after coming to store. They were presented far faster than I expected. Reason: Considerably undercooked. However, short use of our air frier corrected that, producing very good pizzas.
