Went to pick up order that was scheduled to be ready at 6:17. Woman working register very rude was told 3 times she didn’t have my order,finally found it. Watched a mass confusion with employees in back. Finally received my order after 30 minutes late and it was wrong. this was our favorite Chinese but something has changed tremendously Very very bad customer service. Won’t be back!

Ordered on Uber Eats. $30+ worth of nasty food. Ordered shrimp fried rice and received chicken fried rice and all was offered was a, “um serri”.

Nice service maybe just a little bit slow but I get it. They were getting a lot of call-in orders. the only reason I’m leaving this review is because me and my friends got food poisoning after eating there! The food was not very good. I didn’t even get any meat and I still got food poisoned like how?!

SOOO!!!! bad do not go here! I was waiting an hour for one meal, and the lady was so rude a did not know how to take a simple order, nobody in the back that i could see had gloves on, and the only lady taking orders was in the back the whole time packaging orders with no gloves and scooping soup with no gloves!! i don’t know how they are in business i literally seen people walk in to order and walk back out because nobody was even up front, and the doordashers had to wait just as long as me! crazzzzzy

Be very careful if you have any allergies. Either they did not listen to instructions or they were cross-contaminating ingredients. Because my fiance just had an allergic reaction to a dish that he requested not have the thing that he was allergic to.

I ordered via Doordash today, The Hibachi Chicken I ordered was terrible. I have ordered this many times but today it tasted like it was old and reheated from yesterday. What a shame on No 1.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went here to pick up a to-go order, informed the lady at the desk and she threw her hands up said “no order no order not ready” I waited between 15-20min and watched her prepare and provide other orders when asked if they would prepare the order I was advised “not right now, just come back” as the employee walked off.

The egg foo young is fantastic.
We've had a lot of their selections and have never been disappointed. The pot stickers are nice too.

Oh wow this place lost the sauce completely, ordered general chicken combo and egg roll was near empty, the rice was grey and the chicken was severely under cooked by far the worst general chicken I had in years I feel bad for this place because the cashier is so nice and accommodating but this place can't make Chinese food to save their life's.

i used to love this place. the food was so good and the portions were big. however, i have food poisoning from the sesame chicken and will not be returning. very disappointed
