I have tried to support this local business but it is hard when they use a roulette wheel to decide when they are open. On top of that - on the few times I have caught them with their doors open - I'm usually treated rudely. I'm so glad that the business is so successful that they don't need my patronage - cause they have lost it.

Looove Nonie's! One of my daughters used to take an art class off the square each Wednesday. During that time, I would meet my now husband, then boyfriend, and his daughter with my other daughter to get snacks! This is a local hidden gem. There is not a superstore-huge selection, but anyone can find something that they will enjoy! Today I had coffee and a cookie (they actually go so well together, who knew!?) and brought goodies home for my family.I highly recommend stopping in. Don't let the construction mess deter you.

Went in the day before I needed a cake for my granddaughters birthday. Not only was she able to make it, but was priced so well I won’t go anywhere else again! The cake pops were a big hit too! My granddaughter was very thrilled!

Just stopped in for an afternoon cup of coffee while walking around. I loved the smells that hit me when I opened the door. Nonie’s has a wide selection of homemade pastries, cupcakes, and more. Needless to say, I did not just have a coffee. The Mud Ball was delicious. German chocolate, coconut, I loved it. Nonie was very sweet and friendly. She has been here about three years. Come and try this place out. She’s had customers from all over the world. I will be back!

I am currently trying to find the best blueberry muffin in Murfreesboro. Nonie’s exceeds expectations. There are a few places left on the list but Nonie’s bakery has BY FAR the best blueberry muffin in terms of texture, taste, and blueberry to muffin ratio. These muffins are big with excellent flavor and baked to perfection. The pinwheel cookies are INCREDIBLE. Out of all the bakeries I have visited Nonie’s is the only one I would go back to for any type of cookie and muffin. They have a great selection and I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars. This is a better bakery than Julia’s and really gives quality sweets. 15/10.

The iced coffee is my favorite in the Sq. The owner and cashier are always so friendly. My husband is a big fan of their turnovers. They also sell dog treats and my dog was very excited to have one.
Riding past on my bike and decided to stop at the spur of the moment. Really great idea, bought a cupcake and it sure was delicious. I will be back again. Friendly staff

I Ordered my daughters 4th birthday cake from a big, well know bakery in Murfreesboro and they disappointed me by telling me a day before the party that they didn’t make the cake I ordered. I found Nonnie’s bakery and she made the best two tier chocolate cake you have ever seen or will taste. And did I mention that she made it in one day and saved my daughters 4th birthday!
