I like all the Bundt Cakes desserts! Picked one up for his Birthday and mmmmmm. Savannah was kind and should be mentioned.

I placed an order for 5 bundtlets online 5 days prior to the date needed. 1 lemon, 1 vanilla, and 3 carrot. 30 minutes before I was due to pick up my order, I received a voice mail that there wasn't any carrot left to pick 3 different flavors. I returned the call and chose different ones. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed the girl who answered my callback didn't realize they were out of red velvet as well. I asked why it was so hard to fulfill an online order placed well in advance. The excuse was because they were so busy on Mother's Day. I ordered on Thursday and was picking up on Monday. I just don't understand why an online order isn't honored. What's the point of having online orders if they can't be fulfilled properly.

I understand time is needed to fill orders if the order was placed that day or too late, but my order was placed 5 days in advance. Just making a point.

I stopped in today and was greeted by an absolute angel named Sara. She was hands down one of the most positive, kindest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. I noticed her badge said she was in training, and I have no doubt her positive attitude and personality will take her far. The cakes are always delicious, but my encounter with Sara made this experience over the top.

Placed an order online. Didn't show delivery fee so I checked out having them deliver. Once I authorized the purchase I received a email telling me the my order was an additional $15. $9 delivery (not sure why they could tell me that at check out because it instantly came on my email) and a $7 tip. If the tip is added without the customers consent, its a FEE. I'm 2 block away so I didn't want to pay $15 for a delivery that would take me 5 min. I called and switched it to pickup instead. The lady said no problem and cancelled the delivery fee. Once I looked at the receipt they showed that they didn't return the tip. Why would I tip the driver if they didn't deliver? This is ridiculous.
I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. I hope they like negative reviews and charge backs. That hits the bottom line pretty bad considering its a lot easier to not practice shady business practices.

If you've never had one, you are truly missing out. My wife and kids love them. Red velvet cake is my favorite and it's always a must stop when we are in Murfreesboro.

OMG! They saved my life tonight! Today was my wife’s birthday. Her 1 request- a red velvet buntlet from NBC! Perfect! I get off at 5pm, I hav plenty of time to get there before they close at 6. I was SO WRONG. Stuck in rush hour! Waze says arrive 6:13, then 6:18, then 6:22. I called bakery and explained my situation. They stayed and waited for me to ensure I had my cake! That blew my mind! I’m so dang thankful for them tonight! That you so much for being so considerate and honestly just great people!
