The last time I came here, a boy up front took my order and completely messed it up. However, they explained it was an accident because he was new, and they fixed it for me, so I decided to brush it off. I hadn’t been back since, but last Monday I called to place an order. The same boy picked up the phone, and when I asked if they had a burrito with everything in it, he told me no. So, I went ahead and added all the ingredients I wanted to the burritos I ordered, only to be charged $0.60 for EACH item I added. When I went in today, there were two different workers, and they told me about the grande burrito, which actually has everything in it. From what I understand, that boy has been working there for a while now, and yet, after not going there for some time, he still messed up my order! The girls who took my order apologized and asked if I would like a refund. At this point, I know I won’t be coming in on Mondays anymore, at least not for a while!

FOH service quality is severely lacking. The only redemption was the young man with glasses and the cross earring. The two young ladies he was working with, however, were rude and complaining audibly when patrons were entering to eat. Very hard to feel welcome here.

Why haven't we seen this place before? My carne asada quesadilla was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Guacamole and chips were fresh and well seasoned.
I couldn't even finish one taco. Maybe some people find it good. I threw mine literally in the trash. I tried the carnitas tacos. It was like ground grizzle tacos.

I would watch your credit card statment after dining here. Twice now I have had a tip added to my total without my consent. I contacted the store and asked to speak to a manager but never get a call back. I have also contacted the authorities. I used to eat here all the time, not anymore!

HOLY COW. My town has very limited options as far as restaurants. Oscar's has entered the picture and set the bar for what a taco or burrito should be.
