I eat at Outback 2 or 3 times a month. Usually spend a hundred bucks a meal. Just had a birthday and ask them what they do for birthdays and they said nothing. I think this is a very cheap thing as almost every restaurant usually does something like a free dessert or something.
Ordered the 6oz sirloin. Extremely tough, my first cut along one edge was almost impossible to cut.Tried to cut it in half right down the center and gave up. Ordered it medium. I cut limbs off of trees with a hand saw easier. They took it off our bill but I left hungry as my wife had finished her meal by the time my server returned to check on us.

Will not be going back. Went to Outback 5 years ago, and it was a mistake. Returned again, and it was a bigger and costly mistake. The food was ok, nothing to brag about. The service was bad. Our waitress hardly checked on us. We were stopping other waitresses/waiters to get drinks and other things (bread). But the costly part was my bill. It was $95.95, and it was approved on my card (SO THEY GOT PAID). NO questions about that. But the next day, Outback hit my card again for another $105.95. I go back to find out why, and they said well we void the other and charge ($105.95) this for your tip. One, I didn't sign for a tip, and for two, I didn't get the $95.95 back. They kelp saying it takes 7 to 10 day to get it back. So I'm over $200 into a meal that l wish I never got anyway. And I will NOT be going back. EVER. I figure I guess I'll have to chalk this one up to lesson learned. But FYI, if you go here, PAY IN CASH, not a card

Uber Eats delivery was superb. My low rating is NOT about delivery. The 18 oz bone in ribeye was EXTREMELY tough and full of gristle. Tried cutting with 2 different knives and couldn’t cut one piece. Had to TRY to eat with my hands. Never got a full bite. I basically sucked on it. So disappointed in the steak. The bread, mac and cheese and sweet potato were VERY good.

The place is tight to walk through , also the bartender needs more practice on how to communicate with guest and how to make a proper frozen daiquiri , the drink still had major ice chips in it , also very watery and flavor was non existent! I ordered a pina colada and tasted absolutely no coconut! And to top it off , the menu says you get a choose of steak house potato with any side , made any way , but yet they charged me for a loaded potato and for the Mac and cheese after telling me out of her own mouth that it was no up charge! Granted I seen on the menu an up charge fee of 2.99 for the Mac n cheese but she ended charging me 5.99! I’m very upset at how she was talking to us but her face wasn’t even pointed in our direction! Everything was just weird! The loaded potato was definitely not loaded and the Mac n cheese was dry! The bathrooms are disgusting! And their food if very peppery with no other taste !
I had a 13 oz ribeye that I should have returned for it was as tough as a horse and grisslely as well. I couldn't eat it all. Won't order 13 ribeye again.

Called ahead and they said there was no wait. Lo and behold there was in fact an hour and change wait. Once we finally got inside though Cyrus was very kind, kept track of our table’s needs very well, and the food was pretty good.

Parking: There's really not enough handicapped parking. There's 3 spaces, I guess that is regulation for the size of the establishment.
