We had the best dinner at Outback tonight! Byron is by far the best waiter we’ve ever had and he made our night such an absolute delight!

My husband and I stopped in on our way home. We sat in the bar area in a booth. The gentleman Byron was our waiter. I was very impressed how Byron kept up with all his tables. He also has a great connection with his customers. Kudos Byron we will be back.

Hubby and I dined here today food was good; but the customer service or Server Byron C….OUTSTANDING, probably the best in Murfreesboro!! We even told him, how great it would be if a just a little of his customer service would rub off on the other servers in the “Boro”! Long Horn ya got a winner here, hopefully management acknowledges and treat/promotes him as such!! Thank

My wife and I went to Outback to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Our server Jacqueline was excellent. The service was awesome. The manager Regan treated us like royalty and we were given a complimentary large slice of cheesecake. I highly recommend this restaurant

Ordered food and drinks. The food was nasty and had no taste at all. The waiter didn't check on us until it was time to pay the tab. He didn't bring the bread I asked to come out with my food until I was almost done eating. He didn't bring the drinks until after we finished eating and was ready to go but lingered around the table after I paid waiting for a tip.
Ok, we hadn't eaten at an Outback in probably 10 years because we thought food quality had taken a dive. I wanted to change my mind about that because I used to LOVE their Alice Springs Chicken - but I can't. I wanted something a bit lighter since we were there for lunch and ordered grilled chicken & sides. The chicken was bland, tough, and the potatoes were cold. Only thing I liked was the broccoli and it needed salt (which was nowhere to be seen as was the server who didn't want to be working that day apparently.) My husband had chicken strips w sides and he said they were ok; however, when a meal check is $38.75 before the tip, I expect better. Sadly, I can recommend a much less expensive grilled chicken with bacon, cheese, and bbq sauce meal that tastes almost as good as I remember Alice Springs being - and it is at Cracker Barrel, believe it or not - and just a bit over half the price of Ourback's.

Visit 3:40PM June 12 2025. Attracted by a special price dinner $14.99 Found all dinners were NOT $14.99 Only shrimp dinners. Coconut Shrimp came out SMALL/Burnt and Coconut dip more like a jam than a Coconut dip. All other dinners were $17.99 and $20.99 We will NOT be following these advertised specials to attract us into this Outback. Drinks were way overpriced for coffee and ice tea.
