We came in like 20 minutes before close, and the kitchen staff absolutely killed it! They took great care of us and we got our food super hot and fresh, and the wait wasn’t long at all. Give them a raise, they deserve it!

First time eating here…food was awesome and portions large. Two plate meals for $20 can’t be beat these day.
We won't be back to this one. Walking in, the place was messy, someone had been sweeping the floor and left the broom and pile of debris right next to the entry. Someone had spilled at a table and across the floor leading to the order counter. No one was attempting to clean it up. Food presented looked less than appealing. But we thought we would give it a chance. BIG mistake. Chow mein noodles we under cooked. Orange chicken was more breeding than chicken. The premium Honey Walnut Shrimp was lacking anything resembling flavor. The String Bean Checken Breast was inedible. The spring rolls and chicken egg rolls were very overcooked...nearly burnt. So, yeah, we'll not be back to this one, the new one on Memorial. The only nice thing I can say is the server was pleasant enough.
Why is that when you go through the drive threw, you can only handle 1 customer at a time. The biggest complaint I have is the way you guys can not work a drive-thru.
Panda Express holds no records or accolades for their food or service. Nor, are they vilified for poisoning people and outrageous wait times. This is a middle of the road Chinese fast food restaurant. It’s fairly quick and reasonably priced.

The restaurant closed before 9:30 pm. They had several cars in the drive through that they ignored while you could watch them box the food out the front windows. All of the workers partook in this including the manager. That’s excellent customer service!

Arrived at 8:55 pm to the drive through. The store hours say open until 9:30 pm. When we were greeted the lady informed us that only orange chicken, broccoli beef, spring rolls and a little chow main was available. This is not the first time I have been denied the food I wanted as the items were not ready and the staff was not willing to make more. I understand wanting to avoid wasting food, but a fast food restaurant not keeping the majority of food available at all times reflects poor management. Avoid this store.

So I come here every now and then but this specific time tonight there was 3 long blonde hairs in my food. At first I ignored it because things happen and I’ve worked in a restaurant until I saw two more and it was almost like it was cooked inside my chicken and I kept pulling them out of my mouth .
