Waited for 10 minutes in a line of two people and never got served or even spoken to about the wait. Ended up leaving after the girl taking orders chose to handled the DoorDash orders before the in-store orders, and was chatting to her friend. Guy handling the window was the only one actually working. Everybody else was just chatting around or watching one person cook. Abysmal service.
By far, the cleanest and most polite PE I've been in. The manager was a young gentleman who was very friendly and genuine. Again, he and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was great as well.

Ordered a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and beijing beef. The girl at the drive thru said it would be a few minutes on the beijing beef, which I said was fine. We get to the window to pay and they magically had the order ready. Great I thought! I get home just to find they only gave me a heaping of fried rice with NO Entrees! I find it hard to believe this wasn't done intentionally. Probably the last time I go here. The fried rice was good though.

i came through the drive thru and they told me they were out of string bean chicken but that it would only be a five minute wait and that i could pull up to the front and they’d bring it out. after fifteen minutes i went inside to see if there was any progress because i had been waiting longer than expected and the girl handed me my food so i left and when i got home to eat it they had barely filled up my tray and there was one piece of chicken and the rest was string beans.

This place is never opened on time, supposed to open at 10:30 a.m. I've arrived multiple times at 11 a.m. and the doors are still locked with the staff inside ignoring customers knocking on the door trying to get in. Not to mention if you show up after 8 p.m. they only have literally half the menu to offer. Like they deliberately try to open late and close early every single day. I've taken my business to the Great Wall down the road because they actually give you great service from open to close unlike Panda Express
Don't know if it's this location or this time whom ever cooked the food. It wasn't as good as it should. Specially the teriyaki chicken. Just fat, very very chewy and no flavor!

This place, on three separate occasions, had us pull forward because our mobile order needed a few more minutes, and without fail, they never bring out the food. We either have to go in or go through the drive thru a second time and the food is just sitting there. This time they didn't even apologize. This place needs to look at their SOPs.
